  3. 4.5 Devil's Garden (406 reviews)
    - Great Hike For Beginners AND Experienced Hikers

We did the 8 mile hike which takes you all the way around Devil's Garden, starting and ending at the largest arch. I will say it is lenghthier than I was anticipating, so bring snacks and a lot of water. I would also not recommend doing this in the height of summer, as there are a lot of parts of the hike with 0 shade, and it gets very hot. The views are beautiful, and the trail can be navigated by both beginners and experienced hikers. WEAR HIKING BOOTS. The sandstone will have you slipping and sliding if you do not have proper shoes. Overall a great time!! See more..
  4. 5.0 Red Hills Desert Garden (405 reviews)
    - Well worth a visit.
    Sunday: 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM Spent < 1 hour Parks • Gardens
    Red Hills Desert Garden image
I used to manage garden centers, as well as teach edible wild plant classes, so seeing gardens across the country is something I enjoy doing. If you enjoy gardens too, do not miss this one. Unbelievably, it's free! It is laid out thoughtfully. Plants are grouped, more or less, by type. When one thinks of desert gardens, one might think boring plants that aren't that pretty. But they did a great job highlighting the beauty of desert plants. Well worth a visit. We went just before sunset, so the heat of the day was gone, and there was a slight breeze. I recommend either this time of day or early in the day to avoid heat. They are open daily 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. See more..
  5. 5.0 Pioneer Heritage Gardens (3 reviews)
    - Nice place to stop in Manti
Sunday: 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM Spent 1-2 hours Gardens

Loved it, with the caveat that I like to explore historical sites. This garden is across from the Manti temple, which is incredible to see as well. There are a number of statues with stories and explanations of those who settled the area. It was lovely, well kept, and interesting. Right next door to the cemetery (and I do love a good cemetery as well...I know, it's kinda strange). See more..
