We stopped at Swasey's Beach in Green River, Utah after a long drive from California. It was 90 degrees and we had our 3 dogs along with us. Swasey's Beach was the best stop ever!! The river is fast flowing so there wasn't swimming but you can definitely get your feet in the water. Beautiful sandy beach, trees and picturesque butte like mountains all around. Mid May and early evening made it perfect temperature wise. Apparently the end of May and onwards it gets super hot so best if later day and early season. Otherwise highly recommended! See more..
