I organized a team event at Mifune, Watersport, a KiteSurf clinic with team of 15 people. This was a great experience, the organization by Mifune was perfect, the staff very friendly and the training great professionals. we learned a lot. Mifune took care of us during 6 hours, combining sport and fun,the trainer spend all time necessary for each of us in order to enable us to enjoy the Kite in a secure and focused way. We hired an electric boat from Greenjoy this weekend and enjoyed boating in the lake at Loosdrecht. The lake had little islands and on the side there were many lovely houses. It was a lovely place for a boat trip on a sunny summery evening. The boats were easy to operate. The guidelines were easy to follow. We found the boat easily and started the boat without problems. It was all self check in and self check out, which was great as it minimised human contact (and risk of spreading coronavirus).See more..

Last weekend I had the chance to go sailing with my girlfriend at Loosdrecht. Therefore we got Bonnema Watersport recommended by a couple of our friends. And indeed we felt immediately really nicely welcomed in a family atmosphere. Sanne, the daughter of the owners, introduced us in all details of the Valk (aka Falke) sailing boat. Absolutely helpful and dummy-proof was the A3 sized map with a picture guide, how to motor to the right spot for start sailing. The whole day we enjoyed sporty sailing conditions in a top maintained boat. We had so much fun, that we will definitely go back to Bonnema Watersport quite soon. Maybe also due to the fact, that they are really much cooperative & supportive. By the way: Beside sailing boats they also rent other types of (sloop, motor, rowing) boats.See more..

We wanted to rent a whisper boat for a semi-blustery day, knowing we were taking a change with the weather. Twiske Haven looked kind of quiet, so we headed for the office where a St. Bernard stuck his head out the door. The staff checked the weather, said the waves might be too rough for the boat motors to overcome, leaving the decision up to us. We elected to hike around the area on a trail she suggested instead. This boat service is the best there is. The price vs quality is the best in alkmaar and surroundings. You can park your car next to the boat for free. We were interested in getting out on the canal during our trip to Amsterdam. I read about the EBS Wonderland Bus for 10 euros and thought it was a great deal. On their website, it mentions things you can do in each town you can visit on the various routes. For Broek in Wonderland, it mentions that you can rent a fluisterboot or whisper boat and take a boat ride in the canals in the area. It costs 50 euros for 3 hours, plus 50 euros deposit. I looked into renting such a boat in Amsterdam and they wanted 50 euros for ONE hour!. I wasn't sure how interested my teenage daughters would be about this but they loved it! It was nice to get out of the hustle & bustle of the city and enjoy nature. The boat was very quiet and the owner showed us how to operate the boat. You get a laminated map showing you where to go on a 3 or 4 hour ride. There are also written directions. The boat has GPS so if you get lost, you can call them and they can tell you where you are! I was worried that we might get lost but we didn't. We didn't encounter many people on the water so that was nice. We did make a stop along the way. My husband didn't have any problems maneuvering the boat after some practice - he just hit the abutement twice and ran into a canoe on a blind corner (not his fault!). Totally worth the experience! Be sure to make a reservation though. Their place can be a little difficult to find, it's not in the town itself. GPS will get you there!See more..

Bootverhuur het Ouweland is the best place to rent a boat for one or two hours. Good boats, with an electric motor, nice helpfull staff and they provide you with a map of the canals and polders, so that you can actually make a nice tour. Voor de derde keer genoten van een gezellige dag op de Loosdrechtse Plassen. Vele uitvalsmogelijkheden: rondje Loosdrecht, Breukelen, Maarssen. Bootverhuur Manten nu voor derde maal geweest: 2015 (2x Kaaglife voor een vrijgezellenfeest), 2016 (vriendenuitje), helaas zat het weer in 2017 tegen maar werd niet mogelijk gedaan omtrent annulering (volgende keer beter was hun reactie), 21-07-2018 met vrienden geweest en volgende week (28-07-2018) staat wederom op de planning. Ik Sup is a place where you can rent a sup-board (paddle board), take lessons or join an organized tour. They are located in a marina, from there it's a short paddle to the nature reserve where you can spot birds, water snakes and if you're really lucky: deer! Their Halloween-tour is legendary and their monthly full moon sup is awesome! They also offer yoga-sup-classes, which are still on my wish list. We rented a sailboat for an evening on the lake. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They helped us prepare the boat. Just a short push from the sailing school and you are on the lake for hours of great fun. By coincidence we spoke with the owner who has been running the school for many many years. Op 2 juli hebben wij hier een sloep gehuurd en hebben enorm genoten. Bij aankomst zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en prima uitleg van een geduldige jongeman. De sloep was geweldig! Ruim en schoon en betaalbaar. Verder geheel vrij om te doen en te gaan waar je wilt. Wij waren verkeerd gevaren en kwamen ruim een uur later dan afgesproken aan en toen ik belde naar het bedrijf werd er absoluut niet moeilijk gedaan en ook geen extra geld gerekend. Boot is precies zoals op de foto's en beschreven. Is makkelijk in gebruik. Vanaf de plaats waar je de boot op kan halen kun je goed varen langs mooie routes. Geweldig gevaren en voordat we gingen instructie gekregen. Geen benzine aan boord is met recht.een verademing. De sloepen zijn ruim en hebben voldoende actieradius. Er zit standaard een kussenset in. Anker en zwemtrap horen bij de standaard uitrusting. En geen gedoe met parkeren op openbaar terrein. Toiletten en gratis parkeerplaats voorhanden. Gewoon doen!!See more..
