My teenage son and I did the small Airboat Tour with Captain Brad and had a blast. We chose to drive out from the city on our own and the dock was easy to find with their detailed directions. The tour started right on time and we weren't overcrowded on the airboat at all. They provided ear protection for us, which is a must for these boats. Captain Brad was a stellar boat driver. He knows his way around the swamp like the back of his hand and he's not afraid to show off his driving skills to thrill the tourists. Once we got out into the swamp, there were plenty of alligators to see and even pet. Captain Brad was extremely knowledgeable about the local creatures and helped educate us on how peaceful the alligators really are. He also helped us out with some "must do" recommendations for back in the city. It was a real thrill to be out on the water and see all of the animals and would highly recommend this tour. See more..

Being a solo traveller I really struggled to get this trip off the ground. The office was very laid back and didn't really appear to want business despite offering to pay for 2 people. Eventually got an email to say it was all on. Did the Cajun tour with amazing views of the Mississippi and New Orleans. We flew very low and did a touch and go I the swamp and landed in the river and went along the river like a boat. I then had a private tour with Zam's swamp safari and what a character the guide was. The pilot and I spent avery amusing hour with Anes dotes about their Cajun community and how they has appeared on exchanging spouses. Back to land on the canal at their base it was a truly remarkable trip . See more..
