What a fantastic hot springs experience outside of McCall, ID. The hot springs are just lovely and set in a backdrop of ID Mountain splendor. We came in the 'off season,' mid-October and literally had the springs to ourselves. Our party of 4 enjoyed a picnic and 2 hours of soaking in the springs and the autumn sun. Just a great way to spend and afternoon. I was able to ride my bike from McCall to the dirt road turn off to Burgdorf where the rest of my party met me. Colors were in full bloom everywhere and it was a better-than-good way to wind down after a great 32 mile ride. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!See more..

My appointment was with Ezra and he did a fantastic job with my gel manicure. He even went wayyy out of his way to hunt down the color I wanted. I was very pleased. My only issue (partially my fault too) is that he didn’t come up to the counter with me afterwards to tell the receptionist not to charge me full price. I could have asked as well or mentioned on the phone when making the appointment. I was born with 7 fingers, thus not a “full set” and have NEVER anywhere in the valley over the past 12 or so years been charged full price for getting my nails done. My mother and I camped here and soaked in the pools. It was wonderful. The little pool is about 105 great for a relaxing soak. There is a small cool pool near by, perfect for the hot cold dip! Not fancy or reasonably private. I was given a short, rough robe and changed in a very nice dressing room. then I had to wait for 10 minutes on a chair in the hallway between the lodge and the pool. chilly and very public. the facial was great and the swim afterwards in the heated pool was nice. It was a birthday gift to me and we were looking forward to it all for awhile. When we arrived we were told by the receptionist named Kayla that she left us a voicemail the night before saying it was canceled due to a massage therapist being sick. I told her I didn’t get a voice mail and she was very adamant that she left us a voicemail and basically it wasn’t her problem. When she told us what number she had it was clear that had the wrong number (which was confusing as I had called on my phone number the week prior to upgrade our massages). She kept repeating that she left us a voicemail and this was the number “they” gave her and it was clear she didn’t give a f**k about the mess up. We totally understand someone being sick but the way she handled it was so unapologetic, rude and unprofessional. She wasn’t interested in helping us with rebooking for a later date or offering any compensation. Kayla offered that one of us could get a massage while the other used the pool but her attitude was so awful we literally didn’t want to support their business. We had looked forward to this for weeks and it was such a huge disappointment to not only be treated that way but Sun Valley’s lack of professionalism. We will not be rebooking with them and recommend you go elsewhere for your massage with Zenergy or Trinity Hot Springs.See more..
