We rented (4) 650 RMK Pro 155s and (1) 850 RMK Pro 155 From High Mountain Adventures January 20-21 with the Bed & Sled discount. I can't miss an opportunity to talk about all the staff at High Mountain Adventure. Their professionalism and efficiency with check-in/out were incredible. Hands down it was the best I have ever experienced. Hyper efficient! it was obvious they knew what they were doing. A well-oiled machine. We returned one sled with minor damage (cracked plastic). The staff was professional and patient. He looked up the part on the spot and we paid for the replacement. Over the years I have rented multiple boats, ATVs, RVs, sleds and this is the first time I was treated with this level of respect, understanding, and fairness with a mishap. Sawtooth Traxx is great outfitter and is in the perfect location for getting to some amazing scenery very quickly. We rented for a full day and it was totally worth it. We went to Stanley Lake in the morning and Redfish Lake in the afternoon with a stop at Mountain Village Resort for a nice hot lunch in between. It was a nice mix of open and tree lined trails with some nice elevation changes - the two lakes are iconic and were so cool to see in a frozen state. The management and staff were very nice and helpful - a pleasure to rent from. We highly recommend this activity & outfitter and it is definitely worth the hour drive from Ketchum/Sun Valley for such a unique & wonderful experience. The dealer really didnt have any reason to fix this major misunderstanding but they corrected the issue, in excess of my expectations, just to make me satisfied with my purchase. The people who worked on this for me put forth a great deal of time and effort to keep me as a customer. I ride about 13k miles a year and usually buy a new bike every 3 years. There are a number of tube rentals on Main Street, but the staff here can’t be beat! They were always so helpful when I called and the woman who rented us our tubes was so sweet letting us keep our belonging safe, and explaining the hazards of the river. You can get hurt or scraped up and we did! :) Very easy system and the guy is always there to take you to the top and pick you up all day should you chose to shuttle. We found our single tubes tipped easily and some of us got hurt (the river is a bit dangerous) so they traded us for a quadruple very easily and we didn’t have any problems! Thank you!!See more..
We recently rented a home in Island Park on the lake and this company was a great choice for renting a motor boat. They were able to provide us with boat within 30 minutes of calling. The boat was well equipped with life jackets for our five children. It was clean and worked very well. The price was pretty standard but he did throw in a pull raft for no extra which was very nice. Just get in and go! There are 11,000 square miles of off-road riding trails for every skill level, from desert to tree covered mountains. We had such a fun day exploring the trails around Garden Valley!! GVUTV rentals are open earlier than any of the other rental companies in the surrounding towns and I'm so glad we went with them. The 6 seater UTV that we rented looked and felt brand new so they must really take care of their machines. John was the guy that helped us go through all the procedures, which is the part i hate... going through all the paperwork but he made it quick and seamless. The office was clean and easy to locate in the center of town AND we could take the UTV right from their center without having to be trailored to a trail. the rental also included everything we needed. of course safety gear like helmets but also a cooler for our picnic food and drinks ect. 2 older guys trying out paddle boards while we still have time. What a blast! Seth, our guide, got in the water with us to show how this worked. He was super patient and accommodating. In a short time he had us up and paddling. We spent about 90 minutes enjoying the boards all around Honeysuckle Beach and Honeysuckle Bay and stayed dry the entire time! Great experience. We love to ride bikes on the bike paths in Sun Valley so we don’t really need mountain bikes. We rented “cruiser” bikes which are 24 gear hybrid bikes. The bikes were in great condition (like new) and their ½ day/4 hour price of around $20 was a smoking deal. The people who work there are super nice and helpful.
