My friend and I had an outstanding multiday inflatable kayak trip on the lower Salmon with Orange Torpedo. The trip was in late August, and the guides were wonderful, the scenery magnificent and the rapids exhilarating ( but not terrifying). The thing that stands out the most, however, is Orange Torpedo's commitment to the inflatable kayaking experience. I own my own IKs and in addition to private trips have paddled multi-day trips with several other outfitters. Of those, only Orange Torpedo put a (terrific) guide in an inflatable kayak on the water alongside the clients. That level of personal guidance and instruction makes all the difference. Fantastic experience. We took a family trip with nine of “the boys” on a 3 day excursion. Everett, Jazz, and Zack are wonderful guides who fit right into our group and became part of the family. They went out of the way to make everyone from age 16 to 73 feel comfortable. The food was unbelievable with cheese and wine plates and salmon and steak…well above what our group of knuckledraggers was used to. The fishing was only okay but we were able to catch and release some every day. I recommend including the inflatable kayaks as they added a new dimension to the rapids and we were able to all try them at some point. I highly recommend going with these guys on any trip and only wish we would have done a longer one. We’ll be back next year.See more..
Highly recommend Sandpoint Watersports if you are in the Sandpoint area and looking to get out on the water. The pontoon we rented was brand new! They offer anything and everything you need to enjoy time on the lake. Highly recommend!!See more..
Great lake, boat, company & experience. Lots to see and do. Recommend renting for full day! How could cruising on your own boat at 25-40 mph on a 25 mile lake with 275 miles of shoreline to admire and digest be anything but grand? GO!See more..
We rented a side by side from their Cascade location in June. The utv worked well and Cody who help us did a great job showing us the machine and how to operate it, hooked up the trailer for and was great to give suggestions of where to ride. We would definitely rent from them again.See more..
We rented a pontoon boat for three days. Harrison provided the best price in the area and were very easy to work with. I have no complaints, only praise. The pontoon boat easily pulled to adults on a tube and the kids were able to ski. We had 10 people on the boat very comfortably. We will rent from them again.See more..
