- 5.0 Tranquility Cove Adventures (338 reviews)
-A must do in PEI
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Fishing Charters & Tours • Sightseeing Tours
Our first visit to PEI. We experienced this adventure with our two daughters, son-in-law & grandsons. We booked a private outing with the owner, Perry. Adventure consisted of clam hunt, shore lunch & fishing. Arranged lobster, mussels & crab through Perry. Clams we found were cooked up with the seafood feast. Equipment was very well maintained & it's evident that Perry takes pride in what he does. We felt welcomed right off the bat. The entire private trip was well worth the cost. If you're heading to PEI & you're looking for something that will be a highlight, make sure to give Perry a call. See more..
- 5.0 Island Hill Farm Inc (245 reviews)
-Our favorite place on PEI since 2013
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Spent 2-3 hours Farms
We are a commercial dairy goat farm, opening our doors to the public. We milk our herd twice a day and use the milk for our hand crafted soap. We have 8 different breeds of goats, with a total herd of over 100. A miniature donkey, miniature horses, alpacas, various pigs, with a variety of hens and bunnies to handle. Rain or Shine. Always check our website for the most current open hours. Thank you! See more..
- 5.0 Cavendish Cliffs (188 reviews)
-Not easy to find keep trying to find the gorgeous rock formations and beach
Spent 1-2 hours Nature & Wildlife Areas
These are inside Prince Edward National Park. I couldn't find an actual address to use for our map app to get to them so I tried using the address to the park, which took us to the wrong parking lot. Staff told us to go out that lot and left at the light but not good signage after that. Asked again and got to the correct gate. Park personnel confirmed they were in that area. $16 for the car for the day quite a bargain for we four adults we figured we'd just look at them and take photos and that would be it. Instead, if you follow the signs to Rustico Beach you can go down to beach level and wade and/or walk over closer to the scenic hold in the formations. It was a beautiful day and so relaxing to hang out there for a while this ended up being one of our favorite things for the week we were in Halifax and Charlotteville. See more..
- 5.0 The Fiddling Fisherman (166 reviews)
-Great fiddle tunes, great trip!
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM Fishing Charters & Tours
Spent a gorgeous evening aboard Chaisson A Dream Jigs and Reels tour. JJ and Julie are great hosts. JJ is an accomplished musician and what’s more enjoyable in PEI than fiddle music, great stories, a bit of step dancing and a gift of spoons to make your own music, all while out on the water. Scenery and wildlife a bonus. I highly recommend joining the Chaisson’s for this little cruise (I’m sure the lobster dinner trip would be fabulous too). Sit back, relax and enjoy. See more..

-An unforgettable experience
Saturday: 7:30 AM - 8:00 PM Fishing Charters & Tours
First we met Joey what a nice gentleman. We booked a deep sea cod and mackerel fishing tour with him. The tour lasted 3 hours and we enjoyed every minute. The crew was fantastic with the captain David and his son Collin. They both entertained and helped us to catch some fish. David knew where to go because we caught lots of mackerels to bring back with us and cod that we had to release and throw back in the water. We would highly recommend Joey’s Deep sea fishing for an enjoyable experience. See more..

-An awesome experience!
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Segway Tours
We visited PEI Segway Tours today for the first time, and enjoyed it immensely! Myself, my husband, my 14-year old daughter & her friend were all able to navigate smoothly, despite a wide variety of body types and athletic abilities. After only minutes, were very comfortable and ready to ride. Our guide, Greg, was Awesome the girls! He was so engaged with them and made it a great experience. We had a very nice tour of the Summerside Waterfront, and all left with wide smiles. I would highly recommend a tour, for ages 14+. Thanks Greg!! See more..

- 4.5 Basin Head Provincial Park (405 reviews)
-Singing Sands, ocean & smiles!
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM State Parks
As a child I spent many of sunny days between the wharf & embarking on the local tradition of the “jump” Returning to the sands for a day, after 23 years. Soothes the soul! My travel sister & friend had never been! We came back the next day! Some places in life are meant to be enjoyed as much as possible when opportunity allows. Clean, accessible beaches. The right side is said to be more family based. It also houses a “beach” mobility chair and mat to go to the water!!! So amazing! The left side (over the bridge) is said to be more happening and the bridge, of course is always “jumping” If you wish you can walk further down the left side, and it becomes quieted the further you embark. If you want to float down the wharf, you can enter as the others may be. Or you can slip into the calm beach just north of the left side, you will see . Just Stand on the bridge and look towards land ;) Have a blast & sit forget to say hi to the singing sands for me! See more..

- 4.5 Brackley Beach (245 reviews)
-Wow, beautiful beach
Beaches
Excellent beach, very clean and nicely maintained by Parks Canada. The area has ample parking, washroom facilities and lifeguards on the beach. The water is shallow and you can walk out for 100 ft in some areas and the water is still only to your calves, thus very safe for children. Brackley Beach stretches out for a long way so there is plenty of room for families to spread out. The sand dunes are quite breathtaking. The sand is soft and a light red colour. We were there on a very hot day in August and it was a fantastic experience, it felt like we were in the Caribbean. If hot weather permits, go to Brackley Beach and enjoy this natural wonder in PEI. - 4.5 Peake's Wharf (196 reviews)
-Peake's Wharf a great location for photos
Points of Interest & Landmarks • Piers & Boardwalks
In the morning of Monday August 29th, 2022, while driving through Charlottetown we decided to stop at Peake’s Wharf. Peake’s Wharf, at the city’s waterfront is the central focus for visitors and residents alike with its restaurants, craft shops, boat tours of the harbour and boardwalks along the waterfront. This area from the cruise ship wharf to Victoria Park is perfect for sightseeing; our photos were taken as we walked south of Queen Street and Water St. Parkway. Here we can see the P.E.I. Convention Centre, the boats at the Charlottetown Yacht Club, the 2022 Display, the red Play-Me-Piano, and the many locks at famous Love Locks Sculpture. We would rate this scenic stopover as 5 stars. See more..

-Fantastic experience
Golf Courses
Recognized by Golf Digest as Canada's Best New Course in 1994. Overlooking the north shore dunes of PEI, Crowbush continues to enthrall all those that take the challenge to conquer one of North America's very best. How can it get better than a Golf Digest five star rating? Undulating fairways, water holes with a wisp of wind, pot bunkers and challenging greens all come together to provide you with an experience not to be forgotten. Truly an unbelievable combination of nature and imagination. Of all the courses that are considered a "must play", Crowbush is certainly one of them. If you can tame the 6,903 yards at the Links, you should be able to play well anywhere. Rated four and a half stars by Golf Digest Places to Play, which raves, "Outstanding, plan your next vacation around it". SCORE Golf Magazine rated Crowbush in the Top 2 Best Value Golf Courses in Canada. - 4.5 Government House (160 reviews)
-Steeped In Tradition and Canadian History
Government Buildings
This is a must see. Here our country was born. Here I visited on the day our country was attacked. Here I witnessed the emotional toughness of Canadians. This is the Lieutenant Governor's residence. On a recent business trip to Charlottetown my colleagues and I were treated to dinner at the residence (which was delicious) and a tour of the facilities. We saw the Queen's quarters and the rest of this historical edifice. The Lt.-Gov. himself served tea and coffee and we were all grateful. See more..
- 4.5 Souris Lighthouse (152 reviews)
-Explore the lighthouse
Lighthouses
The Souris Lighthouse was by far the best and most interesting lighthouse we visited on our trip to PEI. You are able to go inside and go to the very top to look out. You can actually step outside once at the top. There is no fee just a donation box. So much history for you to read as you travel through. The sea glass from all over the world was my favorite. There is a large gift shop next door as well. See more..
- 4.5 Prince Edward Island National Park (143 reviews)
-Great half day outdoors
Spent 1-2 hours National Parks • Nature & Wildlife Areas • Hiking Trails
Wandering the trails through this PEI National park to the sea is a great way to spend a half day (or more). I am sure that the ambiance changes with the weather to make each visit unique, there are two trails and boardwalks, one to St. Peter’s bay and the other to Greenwich Beach. Relatively flat and well groomed so an easy walk for all. The beach is spectacular and walkable and when I went in July the bayside walk had a myriad of wildflowers. Recommend for a pleasant little hike. See more..
