An unforgettable experience
First we met Joey what a nice gentleman. We booked a deep sea cod and mackerel fishing tour with him. The tour lasted 3 hours and we enjoyed every minute. The crew was fantastic with the captain David and his son Collin. They both entertained and helped us to catch some fish. David knew where to go because we caught lots of mackerels to bring back with us and cod that we had to release and throw back in the water. We would highly recommend Joey’s Deep sea fishing for an enjoyable experience.

Excellent service, great experience.
Can’t say enough about the staff & crew of Joey’s. Right from our initial booking, Julie Ann was responsive and then followed up to ensure everything was in place for an amazing afternoon on the water. The crew of Jamie, Jean Paul, and Kade were so attentive making sure everyone was having a good time. I highly recommend Joey’s and would definitely go back again when next we visit the island.

If you catch any halibut, keep it close to you
Had a great afternoon fishing with Joey and John Paul. It is the end of the season and my four boys and I knew we were fortunate to find someone to take us out on the water. J and JP were friendly and helpful, polite and even entertaining. We had a great afternoon. Great..., up until the point when we realized that the decent size halibut my young son caught never made it from the side pale Joey had put it in to the bags we received. There was a baggy with mackerel and one with cod only. Could it have been an innocent oversight? No. The boys asked about the halibut and were told it was "all in there," but it was not. We have eaten enough halibut to know the difference between cod and halibut. This was highly disappointing to the four children; they felt betrayed, the more so because they had found the man quite likeable. Depriving children of part of their catch seemed pretty low.
