Great fiddle tunes, great trip!
Spent a gorgeous evening aboard Chaisson A Dream Jigs and Reels tour. JJ and Julie are great hosts. JJ is an accomplished musician and what’s more enjoyable in PEI than fiddle music, great stories, a bit of step dancing and a gift of spoons to make your own music, all while out on the water. Scenery and wildlife a bonus. I highly recommend joining the Chaisson’s for this little cruise (I’m sure the lobster dinner trip would be fabulous too). Sit back, relax and enjoy.

Best experience of our 2 week trip!!! Worth every penny!
JJ, Julie and their son were excellent hosts on our Lobster Lovers tour. There were 3 couples in our party and the tour had about 28 people on board. JJ is a natural entertainer and performer. He is talented, friendly, witty and engaging. He made the tour memorable! We felt like we were attending a private party on a friend's boat rather than an organized tour. JJ shared his experience as a lobster fisherman and a former professional fiddler. His stories were informative and entertaining. He involved his guests in the whole evening's experience. This is a real family operation. Julie is the organizer and communicated with us right up to the start of the tour. Their 9 year son was also very hands on throughout the evening, helping with the dinner service and wherever he was needed. As for the dinner, the 1.5 lb lobsters were DELICIOUS, cooked right on board in sea water. They were sooooo fresh. JJ also educated us on different aspects of the lobsters. We also lucked out with the weather. It was calm, beautiful and warm. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect evening. Take a look at our sunset pictures. This tour may seem a bit expensive but it is worth EVERY penny! Thank you Chaissons for the best experience of our entire 2 week trip out east. We would HIGHLY recommend your tour to everyone!

Tales, fiddle tunes, and stepdancing on the water...can't be beat!
Do yourself a favor....book a trip with the Fiddling Fisherman! The best 2 hours you will spend!! JJ Chaison is the captain of Chaisson A Dream and will regale you with lots of stories and maybe best of all a blast of fiddle tunes. There are 2 excursions available. One where you will get fabulous homemade biscuits with jam for a snack. The other where you will have a tasty 1 1/2 pound lobster with all the trimmings, and of course, the tunes. If you opt for the "biscuit" trip, when you get back to port, take yourself up to the Fiddling Fisherman Lookout and grab dinner. Beautiful spot with breath taking views of the Souris harbour. And the food is fabulous!!
