So fortunate that we happened to drive past this. I had not been aware of this memorial but as we were driving to our destination on a recent visit to PEI I spotted it and made hubby turn back. Had a wonderful little walk around and wondered why this is not a better known spot. Take a walk along the "Path of Remembrance" around the school house, stroll around Dunk River or walk among the "Ever Living Forest" where trees have been planted with plaques in memory of children's lives that have been lost.
