    - Helicopter Tour and Landing at the Tombstones in Yukon Territory was absolutely dreamy and amazing!

    Tombstone Territorial Park image
Helicopter Tour and Landing in the Tombstones in Yukon Territory was absolutely dreamy and amazing! TransNorth Helicopters out of Dawson City took my wife and I on a 3hr tour (1hour flight and 2hour landing stop and walk to Talus Lake) Pilot Nathan went above and beyond to ensure I was able to safely get in and out of the helicopter. He encouraged me to walk to the lake and didn’t make me feel rushed as I walked slower. This is must do experience and most definitely needs to be on your bucket list! Thanks Nathan and TransNorth for helping us create wonderful memories that will last a life time! See more..

    Kluane Glacier Air Tours image
Our pilot was Stewart. His knowledge and engaging personality took this trip out of the ordinary. Safety was always foremost and we felt very confident in his abilities, particularly when another plane was in the area. I appreciated how he would calmly mention that we might feel a bump before we changed direction or come into contact with crosswinds. And he tailored the trip to fit changing weather conditions. A once in a lifetime adventure that I highly recommend and would happily do again. See more..

We booked this trip with another couple and had to delay a couple of times for the weather to be right. Worth the wait. Flew to a glacier landing spot and took photos of Mt Logan - Canada's largest mountain - unfortunately the top was hidden by clouds. We actually landed on the glacier - saw the camp that is available to book (ya no). Took some photos and then back in the plane to return. Total trip is about 1.5 hours. See more..

    Rocking Star Adventures image
This was on my list for quite some time and boy, did it deliver. After being postponed twice due to unfavorable weather conditions, we were finally able to make it. Daniel is an exceptional pilot and was able to get us up in the air within 30 mins of us contacting him. We were lucky as it was a last minute request. It was a joy to see frozen glaciers and snow capped peaks from up above in the sky. While landing and taking off, there were strong cross winds, but we never experienced any unexpected turbulence. Dan is an accomplished pilot and guide. I will highly recommend it. See more..

    Miles Canyon image
I rented a bike from Cadence Cycle in downtown Whitehorse and I cycled up 2 Mile Road to the white horse statue, and then down the Alaska Highway to Miles Canyon. I returned back to downtown White horse via Schwatka Lake and all the floatplanes. I highly recommend this route to everyone by car or bike. Miles Canyon is definitely not to be missed. It is so pristine and clean and quiet. I crossed the bridge and then did the trails to the right of the bridge which were easy and offered some breathtaking views. It’s hard to believe there’s a park like this so close to the city. See more..

This place is awesome! I’ve been stopping here for decades, I’m a tour guide from Skagway. Ron is a hoot, super nice guy. Be sure to ask him if he wants to sell the antique stuff, he loves that. Kinda worried (more than kinda) about the 2020 season. It looks grim for everyone. Particularly for me, finally ready to sell Ron my ‘98 Toyota Tacoma, that he’s wanted for years. Ron? Ron?? —sigh.
