This is the best and most diverse yoga studio I have visited. They have classes for all levels (kids, beginner, intermediate, advanced, teacher training, elderly, therapy, private) and are friendly to all body shapes and physical abilities. The restorative classes are very relaxing. The aerial swing yoga classes are truly unique and the owner has even written a book about swing yoga. There is a wide variety of teachers. The facilities are clean and inviting. Easy parking in the back. See more..
