5.0Jason Tours & Limousine LLC(1 review) - Excellent limousine service Taxis & Shuttles Yearly i have an appointment in the DC area. I have utilized different limo services for transfers from/to airport to hotel and between hotels. This year was the first time with Jason limo service. What an excellent experience. I had three drivers for airport transfers and hotel transfer. Each one were courteous, kind, pleasant demeanor, well dressed as one would expect with limo service, cars were very clean. It seemed they were all aiming to please: Morris, Kenny, Michelle - i couldn't have asked for better service. Kenny made a special trip back to the hotel transferred to when left important binder in the car upon departure. Michelle waited patiently until i could get to the vehicle and Morris stood out in ways. I will certainly call Jason's limo when I return to DC area. Quotes are available online or phone. 2.0Thoroughbred Sedan, Van & Bus Llc(1 review) - Just Don't Complain To Owner If Reserved Ride Makes You Wait and Wait and Wait Taxis & Shuttles This is my personal experience 1st time using Thoroughbred Sedan, Van, & Bus in May 2022. My sedan pick-up for 95 mile transport to airport, flawless. Two weeks later, called from Europe location to ensure airport pick up was set. Office staff was oblivious to my return reservation. Driver was 1 hour late picking me up. A 65 yr old woman waiting on the arrival curb in the sun with 90 degrees temps for an hour. Was told, after my calling them, 20 mins late, then another 30 mins late, then another 10 mins late. Driver had a client prior to my pick up so another driver should have been assigned my pick up transportation. Can't control traffic so I should have been PRE-warned of possible delays. Did I dare to complain? Owner threathened to refund my money and cancel transport 95 miles from residence, thus would be stranding me. The driver was extremely apologetic but owner was hostile and very, very unapologetic.See more..
