Really nice people that work here, the shop has added a lot more inventory since the last time I was there. They had tons of bikes and apparel and the apparel wasn't too expensive as most places can be. The first time I was in here was a few years ago and dad and I rented a tandem which it wasn't in the greatest shape and then when we were in the store they mostly had apparel and a few bikes. On Saturday morning I attended the Standup Paddle board yoga class! It was so much fun. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our instructor Mercedes led us through a beautiful practice which was the perfect blend of ease and challenge and there was always a modification if someone was not comfortable in a particular posture. I highly recommend this class to all - no matter your yoga experience or paddle board skill level!See more..

A great day trip. Very pleasant ride from Crisfield to Smith Island. Boat leaves very promptly at 12:30 from Crisfield, and returns very promptly at 4PM. Dock is right in front of Bayside Inn restaurant and staff is waiting for visitors to disembark and seats you immediately. Service was very friendly and efficient. Food was good. Try the hush puppies as an appetizer, and soft shell crabs were nicely prepared. Tried 2 varieties of Smith Island cake and both were delicious. Wasn’t a whole lot of time for exploring after lunch but we walked a few blocks and spoke to a few residents who were quite friendly and happy to answer questions about their life on the island. Grab a tube and hike about 1 mile along the NCR Trail to the blue ringed tree. If you want a longer tubing ride keep walking to the tree with 2 blue rings. Drop your inner tube in the chilly Gunpowder River and relax in the beautiful nature while you float down to the bridge. Exit the river and do the loop again. its only about a 5 minute walk from the bridge back to the Bike Shop. Then another mile to the tree again.See more..
