    I visited Suzuran Matsuri, the Festival of Memu's Colony of Lilies of the Valley twice. The festival is held at the beginning of June when the flowers are in full bloom. You can really enjoy the beautiful flowers whose smell is so refreshing and soothing. They have BBQ facilities right outside of the garden, and fresh meat (the famous Biratori beef, pork, and chicken) and fresh, locally grown vegetables are on sale for BBQ. See more..
