    I chose to go with this boat operator for whale watching as it has a very user friendly web site and very transparent information about how many whales and dolphins were sighted each day. And I'm more than 100% satisfied. The crew members spoke very little English, but were professional and friendly, and very dedicated in looking out and chasing after the whales so that we all have an enjoyable experience. Best part is it's not overcrowded (unlike the other boats). We have plenty of room on the boat and thus plenty of viewing points. So did we see any whales? PLENTY! (Very early June) See more..

    i am a married couple and we had a great time with the tourist guide, Mr. Suganuma. This traval agency is not that much commercialized, and the tour guide Mr.Suganuma seems to like guiding small number of people: this is what i like it. He is well experienced, and was always tyring to provide his humour during the tour. I am not that much sure about his communication level in english, but he is sincere and loves hosting people. If you are two or three people, why dont you try him. お盆休みの混雑している時期でしたが、とてもよいガイドさんに会えたと思います。もともと大規模な会社は好きではなく、小規模経営を好む傾向にあるので当たり外れもあるのですが、ガイドさんは誠実にユーモアを交えながらで案内をしてもらい、このようなパターンもありかと思います。 See more..
