An elephant is raised at this zoo. The zoo where an elephant is raised in Hokkaido is only here. Girafves and zebras are raised by the same cage, so I'm interesting. An amusement park is also in this zoo. There are a Ferris wheel and a carrousel. The equipment in this zoo is old, but I think you can enjoy yourself surely. See more..

Visited on 03 Nov 2018, Saturday. Weather is awesomely good. Clear blue sky. Transport: Took a special autumn leave viewing bus to kosetsuen from Hakodate bus terminal. This bus only operates from end oct to 11 Nov, departs at 10 am, return trip is at 12nn. One way fare is 300 yen per pax . U can use the 1 day bus/tram ticket for this. Well worth as it only takes 26 mins to reach the park instead of the usual 1 hour by bus no. 14. It’s ok not to take the 12 nn special bus back to town. U can take your time to enjoy viewing the leaves and take the normal schedule bus 14 back. View: the colours of the leaves are awesome! I can say it’s the best place to be in autumn. The park is quite big and there is a children playground within the park . Great for hiking too. See my photos. Every turn is a postcard kind of view. Weather is cooling to walk in. Tips: bring some snacks to picnic at the park. And water too. U will love it ! See more..

Matsumae Park contains the castle and clan temples of the Matsumae samurai clan that once administered this northernmost part of the Japanese civilisation, until complete subjugation of Hokkaido in the 19th century. Undoubtably, the best part of the Park are the temples, which, although not very old when compared to the more famous temples of Kyoto and Nara, have some of the most detailed and gorgeous carvings I've seen in my travels throughout Japan. The clan cemetery is situated among towering pine trees, giving a very atmospheric feel, and well worth a wander between the moss-covered and lichen-wrapped tombstones (some of which look modern, which may mean that the descendants are still using the site today). And of course, visiting during cherry blossom season is an added bonus. Well worth a detour if travelling through Hokkaido. See more..

This is the 1st English review as the place is unknown to most travellers and more popular with the locals. It is a good pit stop for families with young kids travelling between Sapporo and Asahikawa. There are clean toilets, breastfeeding room with hot water, vending machines selling drinks, ice cream, and even feed for feeding the fishes in the pond. There is a play area with ropes, slides and replica of leaning tower of pisa, great wall of China and huge outdoor play area. In winter, the slopes are good for the kids to slide down. Kids are free bu t adults pay ¥500. Tip: this park is in Hokkaido and not to be confused with another park by the same name which has huge water slides. See more..

　遊歩道として館跡、岬まで綺麗に整備されているため、健脚の方、若い人などならさして苦もなく見て歩けると思います。ただし蚊や吸血系の虫がとても多いので虫除け対策は万全に。北海道には義経や弁慶が平泉から逃れて蝦夷に上陸し、挙げ句の果てにはモンゴルに渡りチンギスハーンになったという有名な説を補完して余りあるほどの義経伝説が多く残されています。風光明媚さではこの判官岬の夕陽は群を抜く美しさです。 See more..

公園というよりはちょっとした鉄道記念館みたいな感じです。

8月29日、知床から釧路に帰る夕方立ち寄る。標茶駅の交通標識から右へ曲がりsignに従うが、砂利道にびっくり、走る事15分、蒲鉾型のmain houseからチャー坊(犬)がワンワン吠えて迎えてくれる。美人の経営者奥様が親切に、宿の経緯、泉質(モール泉)を教えてくれる。温泉はなんと車で300メートル離れて、真っ暗な中、車のライトに浮かび上がる露天風呂、男女別内湯、露天風呂、実にワイルドな温泉。ビックリする事間違いなし。 29 Aug ,on the way back to Kushiro we dropped in.Turned right in front of Shibetya station,took 15 min to get there on off road. After a beauty told us how to build this onsen house, we got on the car to the onset house ,which were a uni open onsen , houses onsens and a open onsen. Amazingly being wild onsen. See more..

５月上旬、オオバナノエンレイソウやニリンソウ、カタクリなどの野花が咲いていました。
森と名がついていますが、森はあまり深くなく、やや人工的に作られた感じがしました。
園内は、遊歩道もついていて散策しやすいです。
この先にある優駿さくらロードの花見に訪れたついでに寄りましたが、この時期に訪れると、いろいろな花が見られてちょうどよいです。 See more..

札幌市から約30km、広い石狩平野の穀倉地帯を縦断する『きらら街道』沿いにある長沼町の公園です。
25haの敷地の大部分はパークゴルフコースですが、サイクリングロードも整備されており、水辺では釣りやカヌーも楽しめます。
野菜直売所では採れたての地元産新鮮野菜、手造り味噌、ソフトクリームなどを販売していますが、コロナ禍のため当日はクローズ中。

球場に隣接した大きな公園で、とても広々していて気持ちが良かったです。
新しい大きな遊具の他、昔ながらの遊具と木の遊具もあります。夏には水遊びが出来るところもあります。

ここは凄いです！子連れファミリーなら１日遊べます。パパママは疲れると思いますが・・・ただ土日祝ともなると、物凄い子供の数です！危険・・・と感じられるような場面も見受けられますので、パパママはスマホばっかり見ていないで最低限自分の子は見守るようにした方が良いかと思います。小学生くらいになるとどこ行ったかわからなくなるのですが・・・人数によっては入場制限がかかるようです。小さい子達が遊べるスペース・二階層の巨大ネット・螺旋の滑り台・絵本やままごとスペース・クライミングスペースなどなど、１歳～１０歳くらいまでなら１日中遊べる施設です。

5月下旬に近くを通って、ちょうど芝桜が満開、とのことで寄ってみました。

公園内には野球場やグラウンド、子供向けの遊具があり、また冬にはスキーやスケートもできるようで、総合運動施設のようでした。

新千歳空港から約一時間。島松駅に降りてタクシーに乗ること10分。広大なゴルフ場が、雪遊びの場に変身しています。観光地として有名ではありませんが、それだけに、スタッフの方もタクシーの運転手さんもみんな親切です。トランクを置いて、雪遊び開始。
バナナボートやゴムボートを、スノーモービルで引いてもらったり様々な雪遊び道具で雪山を滑って遊びます。
