   We tried to go to this winery, but couldn't! We saw the sign on the highway & thought it would be nice to try. An impulse thing as we were driving to Mtn. Home. So we turned off & saw the next sign & followed the dusty gravel road approximately 2 1/2 miles round trip in our Rv, towing a truck to arrive @ the tasting room which had a "closed" sign on it & a worker in a motorized vehicle driving away. Didn't stop or anything to say "sorry, not open". They just quickly drove away! Why couldn't you post a sign on the sign@ the end of the road saying hours or closed for the year so we wouldn't waste our time & completely cover ourselves in dust! Won't be returning to this one!    My partner and I signed up for a couples massage weeks out in advance. It was a birthday gift to me and we were looking forward to it all for awhile. When we arrived we were told by the receptionist named Kayla that she left us a voicemail the night before saying it was canceled due to a massage therapist being sick. I told her I didn’t get a voice mail and she was very adamant that she left us a voicemail and basically it wasn’t her problem. When she told us what number she had it was clear that had the wrong number (which was confusing as I had called on my phone number the week prior to upgrade our massages). She kept repeating that she left us a voicemail and this was the number “they” gave her and it was clear she didn’t give a f**k about the mess up. We totally understand someone being sick but the way she handled it was so unapologetic, rude and unprofessional. She wasn’t interested in helping us with rebooking for a later date or offering any compensation. Kayla offered that one of us could get a massage while the other used the pool but her attitude was so awful we literally didn’t want to support their business. We had looked forward to this for weeks and it was such a huge disappointment to not only be treated that way but Sun Valley’s lack of professionalism. We will not be rebooking with them and recommend you go elsewhere for your massage with Zenergy or Trinity Hot Springs. See more..

   Booked a pack in deer hunt, paid 10 months in advance, outfitter forgot to get our tags, we were out. Had to find something in a month. Needless to say, we paid a lot for a crap hunt. Outfitter agreed to give us a discounted hunt in the future, in writing, now I am told he will not honor it. I also referred a friend, before all this happened, he ended up going this past fall, saw very little, 2 other camps there were guided for deer, my buddy talked to them, didn’t see a single deer.    TERRIBLE experience! The booking experience with guidetime is terrible. I tried to book online but there is no way that you can get a trip confirmed instantly. After submitting my booking I got a call from the founder!? Weird! I don’t want to talk to someone when I try to book a trip on the web. Don’t book with GuideTime just find whatever local business you want to go through and use their website. See more..
