I loved this experience! It felt like a great combination of adventure, adrenaline, pushing myself to do things I was nervous about, but also professionally run, which gave me confidence about the safety. My guide was Durham, who was awesome. Very friendly and kept things light. I fell off the raft at one point which I think would have freaked me out but he responded by joking about it (while also pulling me in), which I actually think was the perfect response as it made me laugh and not panic. All the guides I interacted with seemed great. Did the half day trip. I'm glad I didn't do the full day as my toes started getting cold (even though it was 100 degrees)! So anyone prone to cold I would definitely recommend some type of appropriate sock (in addition to what the booties they give you). Would definitely do it again!See more..
5.0Methow Rafting(129 reviews) - Wonderful guides for a beautiful river experience Saturday: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM River Rafting & Tubing • Adrenaline & Extreme Tours • Boat Tours • Nature & Wildlife Tours • Kayaking & Canoeing
We had a fantastic trip with Methow River Raft and Kayak. Our guides could not have been more friendly and generous with their time and energy, especially offering to have all of our children in one raft while the adults were in another. Nick spent the entire trip entertaining and teaching our children the science behind rafting while Elise took the grownups and offered great stories and information about the Methow River and the valley. I would highly recommend this company,See more..
We are a family of four who rented ebikes for 3 hours. The bikes were ideal for touring the island, which is very hilly, and allowed us to see things and go places in a way we couldn't have otherwise. The ebikes were totally easy to learn to use, and felt very safe. We would all (teens and adults) completely and highly recommend this.See more..

If you're visiting family or friends in the NW area of Snohomish County, have them take you to Kayak Park for the summer crabbing season. That is if you like fresh dungeness crab. Crabbing is easy enough from the pier yet get there early as end spots fill up fast. So grab a license, a pot, bait, and your local buddy/pal/family/friend and head out there. Oh. It should be mentioned, that Kayak has a great beach that allows for playing, swimming, fishing, eating under the picnic shelters.See more..
In my 60's and not having kayaked for a while, I wasn't sure what to expect when committing to a 3 day kayaking experience. The outcome was way, way more than I ever would have imagined. For three days, Andrew and Kyleen, and Andrew's son, Connor, led us, stretched us, taught us, and turned us all into advocates for the Columbia River's sustainability, lovers of the Lewis and Clark story, inspired birders, and natural historians. I thought I was going to get some wonderful exercise and get to embrace the outdoors with a little learning thrown in for good measure. What you will get if you kayak with this company is all three professionally executed with a lot of heart thrown in. Just do it!See more..
4.5Whats SUP(28 reviews) - A Beautiful Afternoon Made Better Saturday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM Boat Rentals • Stand Up Paddleboarding • Kayaking & Canoeing
Our two kayaks and jackets were waiting for us when we arrived. They had all the information, took my ID and away we went. The kayaks and paddles were in great shape and they handled a slightly wavy Lake Washington easily. We love renting from them and after we returned, they were already working on cleaning up the kayak so it will be safe for the next users.See more..
5.0Hood Canal Adventures(19 reviews) - Definitely would rent here again Eco Tours • Stand Up Paddleboarding • Kayaking & Canoeing
Excellent, convenient kayak rental from Yelvik's beach. Cute farm animals (pigs and a baby cow) on the 100 yard private road to the beach. Hard working kayak rental person (Liz) was very nice and very helpful about safety and where to go and not go. Good equipment, life vests included. Saw lots of harbor seals during a 90-minute paddle, including youngsters that came right up to our kayaks.See more..

A great afternoon kayaking with lots of curious harbor seals. Sam, our guide, provide excellent instruction and details before taking off; and shared his extension knowledge of the bird and wildlife we encounter - which was a lot!! It was a drizzly afternoon but we came prepared with slickers and stayed dry and comfy under our spray skirts. Good equipment, great place to kayak off Marrowstone Island , great guide - lovely time!See more..
5.0Ridgefield Kayaks(9 reviews) - Beginner Place for Dogs Kayaking & Canoeing
I enjoy the water so much and had to figure out the best way to introduce my pup to the water and thanks to this place, I was able to do that. The water here is very calm. No wake zone. Few boats passing by. I introduced my pup to the water by renting a SUP board and it was a success! The small crew who work here are friendly and patient as well! See more..
5.0Rapid Rides Adventures(4 reviews) - Awesome Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM River Rafting & Tubing • Kayaking & Canoeing
Great experience. One stop adventure from ability (convenience) to campsites, port a potty, firepit, picnic table... stone's throw from river, to tubes, kayaks, or raft that fits 6 plus guide. Amazing ride. Hollywood gorge, intimidating with huge rocks each side, was a blast! Even kid friendly, treasure hunt or sapphire surprise option...beautiful, fun way to spend a weekend.See more..
5.0Action Rafting Co(3 reviews) - Great trip, pleasant guides River Rafting & Tubing • Kayaking & Canoeing
Great trip, laid back guides, perfect for people looking to avoid a rowdy crowd. The trip is largely dependent on the river volume, but the guides are good at making the best of low volume and staying safe in high volume.See more..
5.0The Last Resort(2 reviews) - Great Service & Snowmobile Adventure! Saturday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Gear Rentals • Boat Rentals • Self-Guided Tours & Rentals • Kayaking & Canoeing
Employees were extremely nice and helpful! The first time we came out, they got out snowmobiles much faster than anticipated. The trails nearby and views over lake Cle Elum were amazing! And being able to stay overnight at the motel made our day great not having to worry about driving home. Definitely a must do.See more..
4.0Lake Aberdeen(2 reviews) - Interesting Saturday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Stand Up Paddleboarding • Kayaking & Canoeing • Day Trips
I have lived in Ocean Shores, WA for almost 3 years now, and I asked my friend if we could go see Lake Aberdeen. She was up for it so we drove to it and were shocked to see a couple of things: 1) it is very rural looking, to the point we weren't sure it was there 2) it's connected to a fish hatchery (yum...we love trout) 3) it is man-made (which we did not know ahead of time). It had no indoor plumbing (the outhouse was disgusting), perhaps better taken care of during the summer season. There were Canadian geese swimming and several docks. I would recommend people check it out. We will go back with fishing poles next time.See more..
My family and I spent a fantastic afternoon with Matt as our guide while we explored the Skykomish river on one of the scenic floats that they offer. This section of the river has beauty at every turn and rewards you with views that we all normally speed right by. Do yourself a favor, slow down and spend some time with this crew on the river, they know it better than most everyone else. Matt was patient and friendly with my kids, asking them to "help" paddle along the way. This is a great (and safe) way to introduce children to that river stoke.See more..
