We went parasailing on our anniversary getaway . My hubby has limited mobility, had to wear his shoes, has trouble getting up and down. Ashley and the boat captain were so accommodating and helpful it was amazing. They made it happen! After a little delay in boarding due to being short staffed and a little incident with a parachute change out, we were off on a great ride on the lake first off and the 6 other folks with us all had an awesome time as well. Our two kayaks and jackets were waiting for us when we arrived. They had all the information, took my ID and away we went. The kayaks and paddles were in great shape and they handled a slightly wavy Lake Washington easily. We love renting from them and after we returned, they were already working on cleaning up the kayak so it will be safe for the next users. See more..

My daughter, her boyfriend and I reserved and rented 3 jet skis on our last stay, after a bad experience with a competitor (see previous review). This was a flawless and great experience. No $1000 deposit per jet ski required, no ludicrous requirements of staying 100 ft or more away from each other. The staff was helpful and friendly, we loved our jet skis and had no issues whatsoever. They were fast and lots of fun! We gassed them up before returning them and went on our way after a great morning on the water! They are a little more expensive than Jet Skis Ahoy, but it was worth it! I’d recommend reserving a few days before your trip, they are unusually and incredibly busy right now. We were lucky to get what we got. I’d definitely recommend Lake Shores Watercraft (and stay away from Chelan Parasail ). Have fun!!! See more..

Employees were extremely nice and helpful! The first time we came out, they got out snowmobiles much faster than anticipated. The trails nearby and views over lake Cle Elum were amazing! And being able to stay overnight at the motel made our day great not having to worry about driving home. Definitely a must do. See more..

We rented a pontoon boat, and the girls in the office were a pleasure to work with. They changed our reservation from a rainy day to the next day, which was sunny. We swam, fished, and had a great time. They were very helpful, and we had so much fun! See more..
