Great guide. Tom Potter was informative, friendly, and so helpful since this was our first visit. Tom was very detailed in the history of the area, town, and background of the development of the community. Thank you Tom for the experience. Spent 1-2 hours Civic Centres
We visited this past Friday night and seen two shows back to back. Purchased our tickets in advance. You should get there early to get good seats in the middle. Cheap and Cool entertainment. The Bechtel National Planetarium at CBC provides life-like, high-definition images and sound using the most state-of-the-art projection system in the Pacific Northwest. The 36-foot panoramic viewing dome can simulate a 3-D effect (without the need for strange glasses)! A typical hour-long show includes a 20-30 minute live presentation and a 25-30 minute full-dome movie. Presentation topics may include solar system or constellation tours, what's visible in the current night sky, and astronomy in the news. See more..
