We went to a concert in the Orca Ballroom the sound was good and the live feed was excellent. The venue is small 680 people and it's not set up for this type of show. The seats were foldable seats and since the floor was not sloped or designed for shows at times it was difficult to see. They should consider building an amphitheatre for the shows. Casino itself was clean some of the bathrooms need renovation they were showing their age....with the new EQC opening up might be time to investing in a few updates! See more..

The k cup coffee profided was Tullys. But the little creamers were more of a cheap ass whitener. Nasty. I suggest you hit the island grill before they close and ask them for some real creamer. Or get an Americano at the espresso stand in the lobby. It was $8.for 2 lg. But it was awesome coffee! Wonderful stay. The coffee/creamer, no microwave and no table and chair are the reason I didn't give 5 stars. We had breakfast at island grill. Very good. Coffee was just o.k. If there was even a minor negative comment, he would make sure whatever it was would be taken care of. He was promoted a few times until now, where he’s in charge of everything.
