1.0Locked Escape Games(1 review) - Rude owner ship Escape Games Ordered a Groupon back in February for me and the wife to play a room in private. Arrived there and found they had booked additional people with us. We complained and the owners rude wife told us if we didn't like it we could leave. They refused to refund us our money and we left. We wanted to give them another chance in September and booked the whole room for 6 people us and 2 other couples. Received an email several hours later stating that they don't want my business or any body I knows business. We attempted to reason with the owner that we brought more people to enjoy the game and write good reviews. Instead the owner still refused us service but refunded the this time(hopefully) still waiting on that part. All in all rude and little to no customer service. We have done dozens of escape games this one is by far the WORST!!!See more..
