Had an opportunity to see Waitress this week (great cast, hysterical and touching show). Great seats rear orchestra with no one in front of us. Have sat elsewhere at this venue and there doesn’t appear to be a bad seat in the house. Every volunteer/employee from the parking attendants to the greeters was so welcoming and helpful. Very organized I did wear my mask though not required at this time I do miss the paper Playbill though— Beautifully restored building - close as you can get to Broadway (and more reasonably priced!) Great to be back in the live theater experience!! See more..

We got tickets to The Genesis show. Almost every seat has a good view. If you are over 6 feet tall I would recommend the lower level. My husband , who is 6’ 3” has sat in the lower level with no issues. For this particular show we sat in the balcony area and his knees completely hit the seat in front of him. But the view and sound are great from all seats. This small venue offers a bar, and a concession stand that has soda, water, popcorn and candy. See more..

I love going out to see new movies at a movie theater but at the Prospector your experience is individualized each time you go. Also it helps support adults with disabilities with having a job. Without this movie theater many of them would not have one today. I'm very thankful for this theater and can't wait for them to bring this experience to my hometown next year. Thank you for making my movie theater going experience amazing and wonderful each and every time I see a movie here!! Also they have many more events here than any other movie theater that I I have been to as well as being the most clean movie theater compared to any other movie theater that I have ever been to!! Not only this but I am always greeted with a smile when I walk through the door of this theater!! If you haven't been to this movie theater I highly recommend going either by yourself, with your family or having your child's birthday party or bridal shower here!! Toyota Presents Oakdale Theater image
We bought tickets to see Beautiful and sat in the second row balcony. The show was great although we were very far away from the stage. Tickets are reasonably price until you add in all the fees. We tried to upgrade our seats at the box office but were told that we would have to buy new tickets and just throw away the tickets we have and pay their exorbitant fees all over again. We declined. The theater was mostly empty and I believe that their fees are a deterrent to selling more tickets and I believe eventually this will lead to the theater's demise. See more..

    Xfinity Theatre image
Went here to see Jason Aldean and had a great time! I paid extra for the Premier Parking which I HIGHLY recommend because driving into the place it seemed like it would be tough getting out of there with all the hecticness in the area, but the Premier Parking was AS ADVERTISED which I was very grateful for. They weren't kidding when they said EZ in and EZ out! The venue seemed to have a good selection of food and drink but I didn't try any out so I can't comment on that. My seat was 3rd row of the bleacher seats in the 800 section and was a great view for a reasonable price. I live about 2 hours away, but I would go back again because I think it was worth the $$ for a good time. See more..

This is my favorite movie theater because of its history and the overall ambiance. Note; the two theaters themselves are nothing special. They're rather small and the seats are old but comfortable. But their popcorn is freshly popped with your choice of many condiments to put on it. There are homemade deserts, coffee, water and the regular movie theater candy. See more..

My husband and I have been attending Curtain Call performances for years! It is the best community theater around!! There is such a variety of plays: musicals, dramas, comedies. In addition to those offerings, they have concerts, murder mysteries, Shakespeare on the Green, workshops and more! Prices are very reasonable, especially the season passes (discount for Seniors). Some of my favorites have been: les Miserables, Sweeny Todd, Mulberry Street, Fiorello, Oklahoma, and The Producers. You owe it to yourself to enjoy this gem in Stamford! See more..

Great place to see a show. Staff is friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. Bar in the back can get backed up, but there is a huge bar on the street level and you can bring your drinks back to your seat. Sound is awesome. While the seats are the “fold up” type (for configuration flexibility), they are padded and very comfortable with cup holders. Park in one of the garage lots next to the venue for $5. Easy access from I-91 and I-84 in a cool section of downtown Hartford. See more..

    Playhouse on Park image
All I can say is that I wish I had found this place much much sooner. We were invited for a special event here so there was a small reception held in the quaint lobby area prior to hitting the theater. Boldly and brightly decorated with sequins and lots of color, there was a card game/poker theme to it with available playing pieces. The staff could not have been more accommodating and inviting, simply a pleasure. The theater itself has seating on three sides of a large stage and backdrop, almost a theater in the round. When I say that each and every seat is a winner I mean it— an ample incline allowed for the 5 to 6 rows deep to each have close and intimate views of the action. We had the pleasure viewing a comedy show featuring Linda Belt—fun and funny!! A gander at the upcoming attractions showed a wide range of offerings, to suit every taste. Can’t wait to return See more..

    Seven Angels Theatre image
My sweetheart and I went to the Seven Angels Theatre last week to see the production of Aches and Pains. It was a somewhat comedic story of life inside a nursing home for the five residents and four key staff. The venue is very nice, inside of a former roller skating rink (the hardwood floors are still there). Seating was excellent, and the sound system very good. The GPS directions to 1 Plank Road, Waterbury, brings you about a half mile short of the theatre. Just keep going straight and it will be on your right hand side (coming from Stratford). A nice cozy theatre well worth a visit See more..

In true Cabaret style, your are seated at tables, and depending on the size of your party...with strangers. This gives you the opportunity to mix with the native folk if you're an out of towner. I enjoy that. Also in true Cabaret style, it's BYOB and food, which is great too. People were entering with coolers and picnic baskets full of everything from fancy cheese and crackers, to lobster tails. The acoustics of the hall were great. The staff was very cordial and helpful. Always a good standby when in the area & they have some special price days & times so you should research those before you come because like all these mass Theater Complexes the prices are rather high & have increased exponentially over the last few years. Tuesday & Wednesdays they have some"Specials" as well as the 1st movie of the day which is always in the morning. High concession stand prices - out-of-site as most of these theaters have. Quiet & not busy because the Mall itself has many stores closed & blocked off anchor stores, but still a good theater. Always cold, really cold like most of these places are so wear jackets, bring blankets & maybe even mittens! I'm not kidding! It always baffles me why these companies waste money on so much air conditioning in the Northeast when we are in chilly Fall? "Wind River" fabulous film based on true story Wyoming Indian Reservation facts- a must see! See more..

There are games, small arcade area for kids and adults to enjoy. They have 12 screens. We sat in #8 and the seats seem new or well kept and the seats have cup holders. Stadium seating. The seats are not really comfy. Our movie was only 1 hour and 45 mins and I don't think I could have sat in those seats any longer then that. Overall we had a great time and can see on going back but it would be better if the seats were more cosy.
