I recently went here to celebrate a friend's birthday. There were 6 people in our group. We wanted to do something other than hang out at a bar or restaurant. I do have artistic skills but others in our group do not and they did well. We all had a great time. The paint bar itself has a cool vibe and fun decor. The place and employees are very welcoming. The instructor was upbeat, encouraging and very helpful. We ordered a bottle of wine and a few appetizers. There are non-alcoholic drinks available also. There was quite an age range of people at this class. The youngest person looked about 9 yrs old and the oldest person appeared to be around 60 yrs old. I like that you can view the calendar online to see which painting you would like to paint and then sign up for that date. I would advise planning ahead because the dates book up fast. This was our third attempt at making a reservation for 6 people. The only reason I didn't give this place a 5 star rating is because we felt really cramped. You don't have a lot of room to work in. We had to place our appetizers on our chairs and stand up to paint until we finished our food. Even then, you had to be careful not to accidentally bump your arm into the person next to you. A little more work space would definitely improve the experience.See more..

I was looking for something to do with my grandchildren. They love ropes courses but I thought it was too cold for them to be able to grip outdoor equipment. We found this attraction by accident and it was great! The staff was patient and attentive, the course was challenging but had the standard double clip safety harness so I had no worries. The kids really enjoyed themselves and it is a great activity for the long winter ahead. The price was also very reasonable. The facility was very clean also. This place makes you feel like a big kid. It was clean and the staff are very friendly. We walked in and had to register ourselves on a computer, general information. Once our group was all registered we walked up and paid and got our sock hat. We had to wait an hour cause we all wanted to race together but that was okay so we ate some vending food and they did have some video game machines to play. 15 mins before our race we headed to the track but had to watch a safety and rule short film before hand. Once we got to the track we picked out our helmets and neck brace. We gave the track person our paper tickets and he guided us to our go kart. Once in the kart a nice friendly worker helped buckled us up. Then we formed a line and OFF WE WENT!! We were on the track for about 8 mins, I think. The go karts here go real fast so be careful of the turns. This was such a fun and amazing adventure. I would recommend this place to anyone and can't stop talking about how much fun it was.See more..

The facility is really clean and organized with tons of space You rent a lane and get the same amount of space for two people as you do for groups. So there is no encroaching or intimidation factor at all. They give you a quick lesson and offer helpful hints here and there during your play. We got decently consistent rather quickly. I took my 9 year old to this gym at her request. I don't know the first thing about rock climbing but that didn't slow her down one bit. We attended a free night with the kids group on Tuesdays. My daughter was paired with a very patient and helpful coach. She took her time explaining the safety aspect of climbing and was very encouraging. My daughter started slowly but never stopped trying. As the lesson went on I could see her confidence grow and by the end of the lesson she was up and down a few of the walls. The entire staff was helpful and positive. When visiting family in CT we love to find fun places for our kids. We went to BounceTown USA two years ago and had a blast, but when we went back last month it was EVEN BETTER. The place is super clean, there are tons of different bounce and play options for our kids and we spent a great 2 hours there. The owner is incredibly kind and you can tell she takes pride in her place! Great for toddlers and big kids alike (our oldest is 7). The kids had such a wonderful time. They really need to get more help to watch areas and control the amount of people in an area. There were several safety concerns that could have been fixed by employees giving simple reminders or directions. A child could get hurt in the playscape area at no fault of any of the other kids but because there’s no one doing crowd control on things. The foam pit/rock wall is another area of concern since there are 2 large trampolines to the side of the pit (not the ones you use to him in) where kids jump off the higher side ones into the pit but can’t see if anyone is below them. One worker had a apple earpod in their ear and bouncing to music instead stopping potential injuries. I understand that it’s up to parents to help as well but you can’t stop other people’s children and that’s the issue. It’s a wonderful concept but more help is needed to perform crowd control.See more..
