Sundance Aviation is located in Moriarty New Mexico and has been operational since 1994. We offer glider rides. We also serve as a flight school and offer instruction in either gliders or our Cessna 172. We offer three main types of glider rides: fifteen minutes, half an hour, or forty-five minutes. We also offer acrobatic rides. Each glider flight begins with an aerotow where you and a pilot will be towed aloft by another airplane. The glider will release at altitude, and the remainder of the flight will be spent silently soaring with the raptors. Each flight is guaranteed to be a spectacular experience. If your interested in obtaining either a glider rating, or a private pilots license gives us a call, and we would be happy to answer any questions. There is a 250 pound weight limits on the three main types of glider rides, and a 200 pound weight limit on the aerobatic ride. Hope to see you out here!See more..

I'm not in town often but love to take my mom to see a movie when I'm here. We always enjoy the comfort of the seats and the quality of the sound system. I'm particularly appreciative of the staff member who helped with a noisy baby (not her fault - she's two) and her family so that we could hear. Kudos all around. We'll be back!See more..

Too much to say about this awesome new addition to Alamogordo! A place for my toddler and my older children to play at the same time, oh, and free WiFi! We've also attended multiple birthday parties and school field trips here and the staff is super nice and accommodating to every group. Prices are very responsible, and we are weekly visitors! We are spending a few days in Carlsbad. We needed something to do, so we found Artesia Lanes (about 30 mins away, but worth the drive). The facility is new, nice, and clean, the personnel are very nice and gracious. We ate at the Cafe there, and seriously, the food rivaled any casual restaurant we've been to. They have anything from burgers to chicken fried steak! The fried pickles and fried cheese are fantastic! There was an arcade where the kids played until our lane was ready. The stuffed animal claw machine is winnable. They walked away with six stuffed animals. We were very pleased with the experience, the kids had fun, and we would definitely recommend it if you are in the area.See more..
