We’re locals & we were bored on a grey winter’s day. My husband suggested we take a drive & ended up at the Glencoe Distillery. I had heard about it but didn’t know what to expect. The reviews were right on. It was a slow afternoon & we joined a tour of the distillery. It was fun & informative. But, the best part was the personal service. Both bartenders were totally attentive to all customers. We were able to have a wee taste of all the offers we wanted & then felt like we should buy a few bottlesMy favorite was the smoky whiskey. My husband’s was the coffee liqueur. We also shared a cocktail. I highly recommend Glencoe Distillery for its products & it’s attentive staff. The surroundings are comfortable & rustic. We’ll return with family in the summer when we can sit & sip outside. See more..
