    Just south of Cottonwood Falls, and marked only as a "scenic overlook"( blue signage), this has wonderful views of the gorgeous Flint Hills.... it also has wonderful information about the different types of prairie grasses and flowers you might see, depending on the season you are visiting. Beautiful drive to and from. The small cities of Cottonwood Falls, Strong City, Neosho, and Council Grove are chalk full of history and historic old buildings and all are easy to get to off of Highway 177 and very close to each other and this site!
