It has been a few years since traveled to KC for a soccer game. This was the Gold Cup game against Canada. No review or comment on game. Have been there previously for games and the stadium continues to be one of the best. There is NO, truly bad seat. We deliberately arrived several hours early as we were meeting family fro several places. The kids had fun....big reason for going. One comment in particular was leaving the stadium continues to be an issue, but has improved. The traffic lights seemed to be better sequenced than our last time there. Previously they were not adjusted for a post game of several thousand fans. With intersections being blocked with cars trying to squeeze thru, access onto the major highways having the lights set for daily traffic. Don't buy team apparel here as grossly overpriced. There are some great acts here but there is basically no parking. I thought that was part of the "promise" when they built this in the middle of downtown Wichita. It is part of what the peoples extra tax paid for... where is it? I don't care who the act is, in bad weather I will not go because I don't want to walk 9-10 blocks in the rain or snow. See more..

The best and loudest and most intimidating homecourt advantage in all of sports. Seeing a game at Allen Fieldhouse is liking stepping into a time machine to the 1950's. Mostly bench seating and even the seats at the very top are still very close to the court. Make sure and use the park and ride located on west campus. Five bucks gets you a parking spot, dropoff and pickup right in front of the building. Guinness Book of World Records rates Allen as the loudest indoor arena in the world. Tremedous home court advantage for Kansas. No other place like it in the country. A must see for any basketball fan. Ticket prices are very high because every game every year is sold out.See more..

Only half of the audience showed up! Great for us, with seating and parking! Felt bad for the show. Temptations were great as ever , but not too much for the 4 Tops!
