    We called in for a drink with a view to taking the evening tour and it was definitely worth the wait. Having finished our drinks we were escorted by a staff member around the site while she related various information about the distilling process and the history of the building. The guide was really friendly and relaxed so it created a really nice atmosphere in which people could ask questions and share experiences from other distillery visits which made it even more interesting. Everyone was given a souvenir glass at the start which was then used to offer tasting of the various products made on site. At one point the distiller came through and again was helpful in explaining things. The cost of the tour was very inexpensive considering the fact we were given a glass & samples of the products. Made for a lovely evening out. The bar is quite small and there are steps to climb so to me it was more of an adult friendly visit than a family one. See more..
