    Fun family day
We had a great time at Story Land with our four year old. It was disappointing that so many rides, shops, and dining options were closed but we do understand how hard it is to get help right now. The staff was excellent, and all seemed really happy to make it a memorable day for the kids. At drivers licenses, Joelle was fantastic and got my little one relaxed and ready to have a fun filled day! Charlie over at the car track was so friendly and helpful as we extricated ourselves from the car. The Dino safari guide was top notch, I wish I could recall his name because he really made it a super fun ride. We also stopped for face painting and, again, just an absolutely amazing person over there! He took his time and made sure it was perfect—my daughter loved it so much she cried when I washed it off at bedtime. We are already planning a return trip because there was so much we didn’t get to see this time. I do recommend bringing snacks, though, because the food wasn’t good and was really expensive. Also, there are LOTS of water features here that I didn’t anticipate. Definitely wear a swimsuit or something you don’t mind getting wet and bring a towel to dry off so you don’t need to avoid those rides!

Great day! Go with your kids!
Went with the family yesterday (6/27) and had a blast! The only “bad” thing was lines for food, but I think that’s because I went during the lunch rush. All the hand sanitizer machines at rides are also broken. Staff was super friendly- loved all of the singing that the ride operators did at different rides. We also played the two games that were open. My daughter won at the water shooting game and the attendant was so kind and awesome at handling a large crowd. I love the pirate and safari rides the most as it transported my kids into the worlds of the rides, but my all time favorite will always be the bamboo ride. Roarocoaster was closed unfortunately but my son isn’t tall enough yet to ride that anyways so no big loss there. Overall awesome day and definitely worth it! Staff is the best!
