Excellent hard ciders! We tried 9 of them. My 2 favorite ones were the Wulf Kitty and Squashed. The ciders ranged from dry to sweet and had unique flavors. Highly recommend North Country Hard Cider. I have tried many hard ciders and this place is one of the best. See more..

  6. 4.5 Tall Ship Distillery (9 reviews)
    - Small selection but really good rum

    Tall Ship Distillery image
We took a "tour" which consisted of Matt taking us past the counter and around the back to a single large still. He was really informative. A mixed use business park, the Tall Ship Distillery was unique and felt out of place. At the front counter they only had a single row of selections. We got spiced rum, white rum, appledore rum, and a tribute vodka to the Greenland police chief Michael Maloney. Maloney was killed in line of duty in April 2012 just eight days before he was to retire. $2 goes to charity which assists injured emergency workers and their families. We tried samples of everything before we purchased and it was tasty. The prices were high but this was definitely the best rum and vodka I had ever tasted. Worth the few extra dollars. See more..

  8. 4.5 Sea Hagg Distillery (3 reviews)
    - Tour and rum tasting
    Spent < 1 hour Distilleries
We heard about the Sea Hagg Distillery from a program on Boston TV called "Chronicle" and since we were in the Hampton, NH area for a family reunion decided to stop in for a tour and tasting. The distillery is located in a non descript strip of offices down back on the left hand side of the building. There is a small sign out front that may be missed so watch for the Acura dealer. Heather, Ron, large poodle and baby are friendly and welcoming. The tour doesn't take long and fun for adults. We did the rum tasting and bought a bottle of the Strawberry Rum (smooth) and the Spiced Rum.to take to our family reunion where both were a hit. See more..
