We visited the theatre to see school of rock, unfortunately we only got to see the first half as a member of our party took sick. The staff were incredible providing first aid and giving us privacy in a room of our own. They provided water and never left our side right up to exiting the theatre. We cannot thank them enough.See more..
This was a unique indoor/outdoor venue to see a concert. We went to see Ringo Starr with the opening act of the Avett Brothers. The line to get in was not bad, but we walked over from the Patrick's parking lot. The parking seemed to be a bit of an issue for a lot of people. Once in, the venue is covered by a large canopy, which would be nice in case of inclement weather. Though the venue is right on the lake, there's no views of the water and all you can really see are trees. The beverages were overpriced, but that's typical for any concert venue. The concert itself was outstanding, especially Ringo Starr and his All Star Band. This was a solid place to take in a show, but it was not on the same level as Red Rocks in Colorado for an outdoor concert.See more..
4.0Casino Ballroom(297 reviews) - Great venue for a show Sunday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM Points of Interest & Landmarks • Theaters • Game & Entertainment Centers
As locals, we love to see shows at the casino. It is convenient to park, there is not a bad seat in the house, and drinks are reasonably priced. We try to see two or three shows a year as they will typically have repeat shows that we like. General admission option is fun to for a good dance show. Love it.See more..
4.5The Music Hall(196 reviews) - First visit to the Loft was very pleasant. Theaters
It is important to book far in advance for the best seats. We were to the side and still had good view of the stage and good sound. The staff was very accommodating and you are allowed to take drinks into the venue. If you don't have a table, there are shelves in front of the seats.See more..

My wife and I visited the Colonial Theater for the first time after moving to Surry, NH, 32 months ago to see a Lion's Club fund raiser, the comical musical, "Mamma Mia". The program was first rate fun, and the inside of the theater was beautiful. I have never been in such a wonderfully decorated movie house.See more..

4.0Cinemagic(86 reviews) - Pretty good theater Movie Theaters
The seats were comfortable (not recliner style). The place seemed clean. The staff was friendly. It's priced about as high as expected. My son and I payed $18 and change for a movie before 4pm. Our concessions were ridiculous. I could have had a meal for what I payed. The popcorn wasn't very good. We were on vacation, otherwise I'd skip the concessions.See more..
4.0Weirs Drive-In Theatre(78 reviews) - Fun experience Sunday: 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM Movie Theaters
Took our young teens for their first Drive-In. What fun. The kids missed their comfortable recliner chairs but it was still an experience. Be sure to take chairs or something to pad the ground if you lie down. Bug spray!!! Bring your own food or get some great movie pop corn from the food stand. They have other goodies too. Bathrooms are TINY and strange. You keep your radio on for the sound so turn off everything else in the car if you can or expect to need a jump. They actually have a person who has a jumper box if you get into trouble. 4 different movies to choose from. Be kind to others if you arrive late don't drive around through the cars already there. Just pick a spot on the outside and come early next time.See more..
Enjoyed an awesome show tonight at Tupelo, Michael Troy-Elton John Tribute Band. If you haven't been to Tupelo in the last month since they moved outdoors, you're missing out on a great time! They have an outdoor stage, you drive in to the lot and park, take out your chairs and enjoy the show. They just added a tent area with some tables. Either place you can order food, delivered right to you. We are big fans of Elton John and Michael was really very good. He played for 1 1/2 hours. The weather was wonderful, and it was a great way to enjoy some outside time. Can't wait to go again.See more..

3.5Cinemagic(27 reviews) - Movie & A Beer Spent 2-3 hours Movie Theaters
Cinemagic is a wholesome local movie theater where you can enjoy a super casual night out. Prices are reasonable. However, food while expensive is just OK. The stadium style seating provides comfort but do not expect the fully reclining uber plush seating as in other theaters. Cinemagic has multiple screens which make it ideal for families whose members have diverse tastes in movies. I like Cinemagic because it is a good place to relax and have a beer while watching a newly released film. See more..
4.0Milford Drive In(25 reviews) - First drive in for us and wont be the last Movie Theaters
I remember my parents telling me about drive in movies when I was a young lad. There have always been a few around but I never made a point to going to one until now. We really enjoyed going to the drive in. I think this is the perfect way to watch a movie even over the big easy chairs like most of the movie theatres have now. The key is to get there early and pick your perfect spot. We will go again for sure.See more..

We did a dinner and play Friday night date. "A Few Good Men" was a well done production at this intimate playhouse. My husband and I have seen a lot of productions here over the years. They offer a wide range of plays. We especially love the intermission complimentary tea, coffee, and cookies with pick your own mug. You feel like your watching a play with your friends or family members. This group does an amazing job with little funds. They make theater accessible to all economic backgrounds. New comfy seats have been installed. There is not a bad seat in the house. I love it here.See more..

3.5Regal Cinema(7 reviews) - Best Way to Watch a Movie...BUT Movie Theaters I have been to at least a dozen movies here at Hooksett's Regal Cinema. The recliners are awesome, they are super comfortable and roomy. The tickets can be a bit pricey but with the comfort of the seats it is so worth the added expense. The price of a small bag of popcorn (the bag is the same size as a brown paper lunch bag) was $7. My issue with this theater was while I was watching a suspense movie, we could hear the music VERY clearly of Pirates of the Caribbean being played in the theater next to ours.See more..
4.0The Park Theatre(4 reviews) - A great olace to see a movie Sunday: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM Theaters
My family went to see a movie there last night. Only great things to say. All the people there were friendly. The concession prices were less than I thought they would be. The seats are huge and I sat through a 2.5 hour movie and by back & butt did not hurt when it was over. Seat place is awesome. No one sat in front of me but if they did I would still have been able to see the movie. The sound was awesome and you could hear and feel everything. We will be returning for other movies.See more..

Spent 2-3 hours Movie Theaters I have a membership and frequent our local theater regularly but we were in the area visiting friends and got to watch a movie at this new location. Cinemark has made some positive improvements with their design including removing the walls at the base of the chairs that were impacting the view of the lower portion of the screen. The new recliners now have more positions and include a heating option which was amazing. I have always been impressed with their facilities and will continue to visit on a regular basis.See more..

5.0Redfern Arts Center(1 review) - Beyond Waiting for Beckett Theaters Imagine stumbling upon a performance that was simultaneously in Irish and English in a small former New England mill town. We were fortunate to be told about the Moonfish Theater Production of "The Star of the Sea," and got to see a wonderfully wrought play that spanned the Gorta Mòr (great hunger) aka the potato famine and its impact upon disparate and desperate lives. Secondly, during the Q&A time, we discovered that there is a Genocide and Holocaust Department at the college. Who knew? And, finally, if you live nearby, take a look at what performances might be happening. It was certainly worthwhile for us.See more..
