This was our first ever bike tour. Our tour guide Vinny was very informative about the local history of Portsmouth and the islands. But he was also great at making sure the bike riding pace was comfortable and more importantly that we were all safe while riding on the streets. I have never seen better fishing for haddock in January or for that matter, in any month at all. Simply incredible!!! Mates do an incredible job with helping anglers and cleaning your catch. I appreciate that fact that the mates do not gouge you for the price of fish cleaning and leave it up to the angler to tip at their discretion. Just returned from a great helicopter tour with my daughter. The first thing that really impressed me was the condition of the helicopters all in pristine condition which will instil confidence in the more nervous passenger. Prior to our Plum Island Birding tour, Steve took the time to learn about our experience birding and what we were hoping to get out of it. We also dealt with an unusual weather pattern and was again given options to accommodate. We forged ahead as planned and it was an amazing experience. Steve took the time to educate us on the landscape, species and sounds. His ability to spot and track birds allowed us to see 38 species during our two hour experience. We learned so much; changing the way we look a birds every day. We will never be experts, but we were given the greatest platform to start our birding journey. Thanks Steve!
