A group of guys from our Sunday School class was interested in taking a CC class so we made arrangements with Gary and Diane. Gary was a very knowledgeable and enjoyable instructor. We spent a fair amount of time in the class room learning a little bit about world history, the history of guns and hand guns, civics, Alabama Law and other relevant subjects. We discussed recent gun events and a few " What ifs". We asked quite a few questions about concealed carry. After the class room experience we proceeded to the range. All guns and ammo, and PPEs were provided. We were given our own paper target and we shot multiple gun models and calibers including .22, .380, .38 special, 9mm, and .45 acp. Revolvers and semi auto. If you are a beginner this is a great starting point for you. You can get an idea of what kind of gun and what caliber you might like. If your not a beginner it is a good course as well to get a good foundation of the law and background. The instruction is top notch and enjoyable.
