This was a spur of the moment decision to ride. Booked the night before online for the 9am next day and it was super simple with detailed plans sent to text and email. The ride was soothing and laid back with several opportunities to see dolphins in multiple areas. Captain Rusty and Deckhand Morgan were great! Morgan did great with all the kids on the boat,remembering each of their names and checking on them throughout the ride. Rented a boat and PRE PAID for an 8 hour day, 1pm to 9pm. We get to the marina at 12 to be told we had it have the boat back by 7. Was not issued a partial refund. Owner put us in a different boat than we reserved, then charged us an additional $140. Looking at bank statements and he charged us twice for $140. He won't answer the phone. Absolutely wonderful experience! Chris was very responsive and helpful, before, during, and after our rental. He is very knowledgeable and courteous. He answered all of our questions and accommodated our pick up and drop off times without any issue. You can tell that the boat is well taken care of and in excellent condition. We rented a pontoon boat. Cost was about $200 for the boat (weekday) for about 4 hours. They require a $100 refundable deposit. The gas you use will be taken out of the deposit. We drove for 4 hours and used about $50 in gas. We chose this place over a competitor due to a larger sized engine and a larger boat. Nothing went wrong. The boat was very clean. We may never buy a boat when we can just rent. Alabama residents need to have a boating endorsement.See more..
