5.0Bryant Denny Stadium(668 reviews) - Look no further for college gameday. Arenas & Stadiums
If you're a college football fan, then Tuscaloosa is Rome, and all roads lead here. Bryant Denny is the Colosseum, Nick Saban is the emperor, and the Crimson Tide is the most feared gladiatorial regime in the empire. That being said, I am not really a college football fan. I came down here to see my team (Vanderbilt) get absolutely annihilated. My point is that it was still an incredible experience. I make the above analogy to give weight to how significant this stadium is to the world of sports. Even with the hype, the experience did not disappoint. The roar of the crowd as so many die hards lived and died play-by-play was incredible. There aren't words to describe it, you simply have to immerse yourself in it. This needs to be a bucket list item for anyone remotely considering themself a college football fan. Appreciatively, Clayton CohnSee more..
4.5Regions Field(401 reviews) - great experience Saturday: Arenas & Stadiums
We always have the best time when we come out to see our Birmingham Barons! My older kids enjoy walking around and checking out all the vendors, and my little guy loves to get cotton candy and watch the foul balls fly into the crowd to be caught. The facilities are always clean and there is always plenty of staff on hand to assist with any thing you might need. The fireworks display at the end of the game on Friday nights is always impressive. If you have the opportunity to get to a game, please do. You will undoubtedly enjoy it.See more..
Visiting Auburn and Jordan hair on Football game day is an unforgettable experience. Make sure you are there for the Tiger walk and then Four corners before you get into the stadium. Then make sure you are in the stadium for the flight of the eagle just before the game starts. Fun for fans and just people looking for a great adventure and fun.See more..

4.5Moton Field(75 reviews) - Parking tip Saturday: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM Points of Interest & Landmarks • Arenas & Stadiums
The other Reviewers have done a great job covering the museum and we greatly appreciated their time and effort. Instead of repeating what they have said I’d like to offer a “tip” on parking. The main (marked) parking up on the hill above the airport/museum and is a bit of a hike, especially if you have mobility issues. (if you are traveling with kids that need to burn off some extra energy after a long car ride, it’s great). There is a second (unsigned) parking area for about 20-30 cars that is directly adjacent to the museum hangers. To get to this parking take General Benjamin O Davis Way towards the airport terminal and at the end on the right, you’ll come to the two hangers that house the museum and the parking is in front of first hanger. Hopes this helps!See more..

4.0Orange Beach Sportplex(30 reviews) - I wish we would have had fields like this growing up Spent 1-2 hours Sports Complexes • Arenas & Stadiums
They take pride in maintaining this community sports complex. The fields are worthy of any college. They have baseball, softball, &soccer fields, & beach volleyball courts. The complex also has an amazing area for small children to play. Just a quarter mile from the complex sits beautiful hidden lake, (a great area to sit and read or have a picnic). There are also Osprey nests up in the ball field lights, if you love these large, beautiful raptors.See more..

My girls and I love traveling to all the minor league baseball stadiums. This one is near the top in terms of updated amenities, food choices, and a good setting. Parking is $10 unless you buy ahead of time on an app they have - I didn't know about it before arriving. No bad views in the stadium and we walked all around it during the game.See more..

5.0River Walk, And Amphitheatre(1 review) - Fishing, walking, right on the river Arenas & Stadiums • Educational sites • Scenic Walking Areas Free and Fun! This hidden area of the Chattahoochee, is directly across from Columbus RiverWalk Park. Cross the bridge on food, drive or rent a bike and come on over. Parking is free. Amphitheatre doesn't have enough events, but a nice place to have them. The real gem is if parking is packed at Columbus side of the river, come on over for free parking, and get right down on the water at the Chattahoochee. Pay attention to the water rise when the dam upstream is opened but the fishing is great. Walking or bike paths are wide and clean. Bench seats and grass areas for picnics. Plenty of shade. NO Amenities- bring your own water and snacks. Rent a bike across the river at Ride On Bikes and enjoy the Alabama side with a safe bike lane crossing the bridge. Scenic and quiet. It is right behind the county office building, and usually has safe police presence. Great for kids and to enjoy the outdoors. Look for fish, geese, and wildlife, maybe even a bald eagle. Think of it as a quiet, safe, trailhead for free adventures.See more..
