Shady business
Rented a boat and PRE PAID for an 8 hour day, 1pm to 9pm. We get to the marina at 12 to be told we had it have the boat back by 7. Was not issued a partial refund. Owner put us in a different boat than we reserved, then charged us an additional $140. Looking at bank statements and he charged us twice for $140. He won't answer the phone. Guess we'll have to call the bank and dispute the charges

Terrible Customer Service, Broken Boat
I don’t recommend this business. We rented a pontoon for half a day from this father and son operation. This is NOT a marina. There is no gas or formal establishment on site. It’s a few boats wedged into a poorly maintained slip. Our boat didn’t have an anchor or mount for pulling a tube (despite communicating to the owner we planned to tube). Before starting our boat trip, we were responsible for driving to another marina to put gas in it which cost $97. The father indicated the gas price would be discussed when we returned the boat. However, upon return, the son was quick to accuse me of putting too much gas in the boat and refused to split the cost with us (we returned it with 3/4 a tank). Also, the key to the boat snapped off inside the ignition the second time we started it. Thankfully, we were still able to get the boat to start and make it back to the slip, salvaging the afternoon. The son showed no remorse over the situation. We’re not new to boating and we’re not Hercules - we were either provided with a compromised key or something was faulty with the ignition. The son was rude, abrasive and unprofessional. Don’t support this business.

No tube big disappointment
Registered online for Wednesday but called Sam the owner and changed to Thursday. Also asked Sam if we could rent a tube and he said yes $25. On arriving Thursday his son did not know we had changed but that was readily Corrected. When we asked about the tube, he said he had given out the only tube that morning and that his dad did not say anything about us wanting to have a tube. He said they only had one tube because the others got ruined by other customers and they did not replace them. This was a big deal to us since we had a couple of teenagers waiting to be pulled in the tube. Will not be going back to this rental.
