The experience overall was amazing. The staff that went out with us were professional and personable, making sure we had some great photo ops and making sure we were comfortable overall. The zip lines were awesome and the views were spectacular! I would strongly recommend the level 2, the level 1 is just enough to get you ready for it. The tour was just the two of us and the two guides and we were done in an hour and a half. It was an experience that is a must if you are around. See more..

There were six of us who toured the Lake in Guntersville, AL with Captain Mark and Brin who own Lake & River Fun. They were both incredibly nice and very knowledgeable about the area. We had a blast! It was a beautiful day and the leaves were just beginning to change. You can even have a glass of wine or a beer and a snack on the boat! Highly recommend!!!! I was part of a group lesson that taught kayaking basics. Phil, the instructor, did an excellent class, addressing the needs of the different students in the group. The initial lesson was started on land with Phil transitioning into the water before incorporating all parts of the lesson in the water. Several of us have kayaked before but we all learned so much in this class. After another group outing today ( not with the instructor) we are all amazed at how much we have benefited from the lesson. Looking forward to the bat caves trip in the future. See more..

He answered all of our questions and accommodated our pick up and drop off times without any issue. You can tell that the boat is well taken care of and in excellent condition. After visitng a local restaurant in the same area we had noticed the sign for this place on the back of a golf cart. The atmosphere is great, the personel are wonderful, knowledegable and very kind. The only thing I could recommend to them is to have seating at the wine bar, because one member our group was recoverying from an accident. I had been given a ride in one of the vintage Stearman planes from the museum for my birthday, but this was the first time I had been inside the museum itself. There are military and non-military planes from the 1920s through the 1940s. They have all been beautifully restored. You can book rides in at least three of the planes. Bill, our tour guide (and the pilot on the rides) is quite knowledgeable about the planes and will answer all questions (and believe me I asked quite a few). Rented a boat and PRE PAID for an 8 hour day, 1pm to 9pm. We get to the marina at 12 to be told we had it have the boat back by 7. Was not issued a partial refund. Owner put us in a different boat than we reserved, then charged us an additional $140. Looking at bank statements and he charged us twice for $140. He won't answer the phone.
