    Rented a boat and PRE PAID for an 8 hour day, 1pm to 9pm. We get to the marina at 12 to be told we had it have the boat back by 7. Was not issued a partial refund. Owner put us in a different boat than we reserved, then charged us an additional $140. Looking at bank statements and he charged us twice for $140. He won't answer the phone. Guess we'll have to call the bank and dispute the charges See more..
