    Kuta Beach - Bali image
To be able to just relax with family and friends as the day ends is one of the reasons we love coming to the beach. We parked ourselves (6 of us) at Bar 7, Randit Bar. Much has changed since COVID. Many have lost their space and they are trying to re-build. Everyone seemed so grateful to have us back visiting. Randit provided great service and while we would have not previously paid for a massage on the beach, we just did. It was more expensive that going into a massage place but they have had it tough and we only just arrived. It was a lovely sunset and we had fun to end our 1st night back in Bali. There are comments regarding the rubbish.....we would like to say that compared to our last visit 3 years ago, we have noticed less rubbish and more bins available. We shall be back :) See more..

    - Nusa Dua Beach and Waterfront-Solo Traveler
    Saturday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Beaches
    Nusa Dua Beach image
During my solo travels to Bali, I took a day trip to Nusa Dua Beach. This beach is very calm and not full of crazy tourists/party goers. The water is crystal clear and there are many restaurants along the waterfront where you can relax with a Bingtag and watch the soothing ocean waves. During low tied, you can walk really far into the ocean without ever getting your knees wet. Be careful thought, there are lobster caves that emerge as the tied pushes back. You can actually see the fisherman go out and catch the fresh lobster of the day. Before the low tied, I took a dip in the sea and got pricked by a tiny baby lobster. I highly recommend taking the full scenic walk along the waterfront and visiting the peninsula island connected to Nusa Dua Beach. Truly a relaxing and un commercialized beach in the east side of Bali island. See more..

I was assigned Komang to be my dive guide. He is an experienced dive guide, and knows where and how to find the local unique creatures and critters. There were a couple of dives where before I could finish shooting the video of a creature, he was already signaling me for another creature. First we visited Menjangan Island, but we didn't explore the island to find deer. We only took picture at the port and on the white sand cape near the port. The view was beautiful. Then we back to the boat to continue the trip to the first snorkeling spot around 5 minutes from port. There are many kind of fish and corals. Then we continue to the second spot, the famous trench. It has different fish and coral compare to the first spot. There was under sea caves here that we can enter and swim in, and get out at the other end of the cave. But you must have long breath. The caves length around 9 m and 16 m. Then we continue the trip and saw a bat cave on the cliff. Before back we saw the Ganesha Temple with the big white elephant sculpture. I wouldn't ever visit again ❗ Turtle island is a big cruetly for the animals living there; Many turtles in small and stinky water basins, snakes with tape around their heads, & lots of animals in small and dirty cages! We paid a lot of money - they told us, they use it for the health of the 'sick' animals - but it totally doesn't look like that. Please don't support this place & stay away! and also save your money. Perfect time. I might name like this my water johney with Saraswati. He decorate a boat for me with baloons. He is so gentle boat driver, we where always in safe but distance from other boats. Which is amazing because i can enjoy the silence of morning beauty and we saw soo many dolphins from where they where coming. I enjoy trip with Saraswati a lot. Thank you for your professionalism. It is memory which i remember forever See more..

Kelingking beach definitely lived up to all the Instagram hype - this beach is unreal! From the cliffs overlooking the sea and the hike down to the beach, the views were something out of a movie.
