Seafood and long, wide beach facing the sunset.
A long, wide beach facing the sunset and in view of the airport. There are two clusters of seafood restaurants (south and north) that serve diners on the beach at sunset. On a Sunday morning, we found the beach almost empty and had great lunch at Hatiku in the south cluster of restaurants near the Intercontinental Resort. Sunday evening was crowded with people having dinner at sunset. The crowd was surprising for COVID times! The beach is more consistently clean near the restaurant clusters. We found the restaurants closed during the week, but we were there the week of Nyepi. So, you might want to call before going there just for dinner. From Uluwatu St in Jambaran, the south cluster is on Jl. Bukit Permai south of the Intercontinental and the north cluster is at the end of Jl Pemelisan Agung.

    Nice Beach. Good Seafood
The Jimbaran Bay beaches are nice with pretty sand. The beach spans from the airport to the Ritz. There’s a section near the Ritz called Cafe19 that is filled with food stalls. I recommend going here to experience dinner on the beach for sunset. Have reservations. Go early. It’s crowded with tourists and locals Seafood is sold live from tanks (freshest- best) and cooked to order.
