We went on a day trip with the children and drove a super fun tour. the children learned a lot from the audio in the cars. Spent a lovely day touring the flower fields in beautiful Holland. When I contacted Harry, he made the arrangements easy, was on time to retrieve me at my hotel and tuned in to exactly what we were looking for - Tulips! Our trip to see the Flower Parade floats was timed well and just beautiful. Keukenhof, while a lot of people, had to be visited. Already making plans to have Harry take me to other areas of Holland during my next visit in the fall. Thank you Harry for making my day so special and for buying me my first stroopwafel!!! Delightful cycling through the Tulip fields with friendly and charming guides Irene and Erwin. We could not stop smiling. We very much appreciated the video and photos of our ride. Thank you, Irene! The cycling is fun and on mostly flat terrain. The bikes are great and easy to ride. We learned a bit about how these small farms create such beautiful tulips, hyacinths and Dahlias. Lisse is a beautiful town. Go back and have lunch after your ride. Absolutely recommend.See more..

Biking around the Dutch countryside was truly a unique experience with Marco. Not only was the scenery itself worth seeing, but our tour was customized for us so that we could do things we wanted to try while there. Specifically, we had read about the Dutch delicacy of eating raw herring and had mention it to Marco. He was able to bring us to a local food stand selling fresh seafood and we were able to try the herring! Actually was pretty tasty! Also, we were able to try fresh cheese and had other delightful experiences along the tour. We did the full day tour. If you have any sort of physical impairment, and I mean ANY, I recommend the half day. My husband and I are generally physically fit and 15 miles on a bike was a challenge for us but well worth it! There’s nothing I felt like we missed on this tour and Marco’s insight into the areas history and connections with the locals made this a top experience for us! So glad we did it!See more..

Kinderdijk is a must-see, but parking is hopeless. Park in the nearby town of Alblasserdam and walk the remaining 1 or 2 kilometres (unless you come by public transport). Hiring an electric scooter to ride around the area was so much fun. The team at Have Fun Events were so very helpful too (via email with initial questions and also on the day). We were really very fortunate with our timing to pick up our scooters as when we arrived it was suggested that we wait a little bit before heading off on our scooters. We were so glad we did! All the floats for the parade festival the following day were about to come past to head into town for their overnight resting place before the parade tomorrow. It was so amazing to see, without all the crowds!! The tulip farms were very beautiful and definitely worth seeing. We also had a short ride in the tuk tuk which was a bit of fun too. We had the perfect sail day tour (9:00-16:00) with our captain Bob! First of all the boat is fantastic, very well equipped and maintained by a caring hand. Most importantly our skipper Bob is a very competent sailer, who has experience from childhood on as he told us which you could clearly tell from the detailed information and explanations he gave us. If one is looking for a trip on which you not only can enjoy the gorgeous scenery but also get very patient and edcutaive introduction into sailing we highly recommend booking a tour with him. In short: - We had perfect sailing weather - steady brise and sun :D - Bob knew the exact spot, where the seals have their after lunch nap so we managed to see them in their natural habitat :O - He taught us how to make maneuvers, set sail and maintain course - He even took some extra maneuvers with us because we all got so excited about it - Thank you for that again!! :DD - Ah and thank you for letting me take over this slow sailer downwind - never forget the looks on their faces haha (lucky you that you're not only competitive but also super competent!! ;D) Thank you for an incredible day, that we will never forget!!!
