The four of us enjoyed our hikes and time in the Loess Hills of Iowa! It was a beautiful blue sky day. The grass was green. The trees were thick and lush with leaves. The birds were singing. Wild flowers were in bloom. We were very happy to spend time outside of the city with this dang COVID-19 “pandemic” going on with “social distancing” measures in place. And with rioting in Downtown Omaha, it was nice to get away from the city and enjoy the beauty that our country has to offer. This short, hilly, gravel road is out in the middle of nowhere, but what a fun time it is driving on it. Another positive is that is located in a very pretty area of northeast Iowa. Enjoy this drive and sights of this beautiful part of the country. See more..
