Very beautiful and breath taking inside. Even if you’re not religious I think anyone can appreciate the art, architecture and history. Light a candle and say a prayer for someone…. You can also leave names of passed loved ones to be prayed for throughout the year for All Souls Day. I’m not religious but I definitely felt something while inside those walls. It was intense.See more..
We went to St. Luke's on a Friday morning to see the Tiffany stained glass windows. Oh my, they were gorgeous! Mary provided our tour and was a wealth of information. Not only did she tell the story of each window, but she also welcomed and answered all of our questions. These windows are unlike any stained glass you've ever seen before. You will not regret spending time here. It is free to enter the church, but a free-will donation to maintain the windows is requested.See more..

I’ve gone to this church for years. They have been a center for the student community as well as the Catholic and Christian Ames community. Everyone is welcomed to worship here, if desired. Clean. Great sermons. They won’t try to convert you unless YOU ask. Very family and student friendly. Marcy’sDinerTantrumScale 5/5- NoScreamingKids. CyHawkApproved, yes he came with me to Mass one night. The site is only a few miles off the highway and well worth the time to visit. The church has an interesting history. It is beautifully maintained. We were very impressed with the gold leaf artwork. There are printed brochures inside the church and outside signage explaining the history and story of a mother's love, great faith, and how she honored God and her son by building the "world's smallest church." A small, very old cemetery is also located on the grounds, as well as a small picnic area next to the site. The grounds are beautiful with lots of shade trees. It's impressive to see a community of volunteers continue to maintain the property. The site is a great place to get off the road and relax a bit as you contemplate the important things in life. 5.0St. Bernard Catholic Church(1 review) - Beautiful church to visit! Spent 1-2 hours Historic Sites • Churches & Cathedrals Our first visit to this local church on Easter Sunday. Beautiful decor inside, wonderful lighting and comfortable seating. We were very impressed with the Reverend David Polich who oversaw the service and the worship music team as well. Centrally located off of Main St. and East Pearl in downtown Osceola, Iowa. Love the small town feeling and the fresh air as well. Beautiful community to visit!See more..
It's very nice church which reminds me the original church of St Francis in Assisi, Italy. Inside it's a different story. It's modern church with the altar almost in the middle. The interior design is very interesting and not very typical for other catcholic churches. There is a stylish Cross hanged almost above the altar. The entrance is very colorful with mini water pond, many plants and sculpture of St Francis. I've liked this church very much. I recommend this place not only for Sunday mass. RomanPSee more..
