4.5Bayliss Park(20 reviews) - People watching Parks • Playgrounds
I have eaten my lunch here many times. It is well maintained by the city parks dept. I love to people watch. A lot of people visit this park for many reasons. Weddings, political gatherings, Award ceremonies, picnics. In the summer they have had BBQ cook offs, carnivals, outdoor movies. Just a great place to hang out and beautiful lights during the Holidays.See more..

Leashed pets are allowed, great fishing location, bike, walk and rollerblade along a 0.95 mile recreational trail.See more..
The kiddos love this place. My only complaint would be the minimal staffing. However, the ladies that are usually there are very friendly.See more..

4.5Centennial Park(14 reviews) - Pretty walk along the Mississippi Spent < 1 hour Parks • Playgrounds
Centennial Park is located just west of the Rock Island Centennial Bridge. The 11 mile bike trail called Riverfront Parkway runs through this park. It literally sits on the edge of the Mississippi. It's enjoyable watching the river go by. Other features in this park are fishing piers, boat ramps, skateboard park, basketball courts and sprayground for kids. It's nicely done. I can't say it's incredible to earn five stars, but it is worth a visit especially if you are walking or biking.See more..

Spent 1-2 hours Playgrounds I see this store demonstrating at the big home remodeling shows downtown. I have worked with its employees one time to buy and install a set of children's playground equipment for a church. The equipment was top notch. The installation was perfect. It cost a lot of money. If you want the best, then this is the store to go shop.See more..
