4.0Jiangxin Island(129 reviews) - Relaxing night away from busy Wenzhou Islands • Nature & Wildlife Areas • Geologic Formations
I went here with my girlfriend at night and it was a relaxing spot that made for a good date night. The island wasn't very busy which was a bonus. Basically, there are 3 sections to the island....a park/pond area, an amusement park (each ride charges individually, around 20/25 rmb each), and a water park (150 rmb entrance fee). There are also some restaurants and a hotel at the end. An easy way to access the island is to take the ferry located on JiangBin Road, which is included in the 25 rmb entrance fee. We plan to go here again, maybe during the day next time.See more..

4.0Shengsi Islands(60 reviews) - We had a great time! I hope you speak some Chinese Closed now - 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM Islands
Shengsi was a great place to visit. Weather was perfect, food was great as well. Be warned though, no one speaks English at all and the taxis don't have meters so negotiate your prices before hand. Most beaches cost money to enter. You'll probably want to stay in Donghai Yucun (East China Sea Fishing Village)! There's a beach close by which you can swim in and you can also rent a bicycle there as well! Have fun!See more..
I have lived in China for two years and this may be my favorite of all the places I've visited. Stone houses on steep hills with winding stairways; cats watching baskets of fish drying; retired fishermen watching their sons and grandsons returning from the fishing grounds in the afternoon; truly fantastic seafood - you can dine on the quay; one of the coolest bars (at night) and coffee shops (morning) is the Rock Jetty Bar - you can have a latte "at the ends of the earth"; and do get up at 4:30am to make the trek to the Sunrise Pavilion - first place sun rises in China. -- it is worth the walk through the dark streets with only fishermen mending their nets out and about. And don't miss the wonderful art created by the fishermen's wives -- there is a studio where you can watch them paint.See more..

3.5Dongtou Scenic(18 reviews) - Cute Island Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Islands
I think the best way to feel the island is to have a road trip around is and stop anywhere, where is safe, and view the scenic beauty, feel the fresh&salty wind, and take pictures. They do not have many coffee shop here, but they have many comfortable teahouses. You can enjoy tea and snack during chatting with your friends. The life is slow here. Although the sand on beaches are not white and bright, which is dark yellow I guess, they are soft and comfy to have a walk. The sand also makes coastal water "unclear" but it is clean blue and green during "peace and calm" weather lol. Off coastal water are completely clean especially during good weather days. ....... I miss the days there and really want to go there again. It must have changed a lot and it must have not changed in nature.See more..
Either most photos I see on the Internet were altered, or the sea was abnormally murky when we went. Scenery still is beautiful, but you can see gorgeous mountains anywhere else in Zhejiang. Hotels are disgusting- literally the worst I've seen- no towels, dirty sheets, no shower, just a drain in the floor. We went with people from Zhejiang and even they were taken aback by the hotel. Don't go if you don't like seafood either since that's all you're going to get. See more..

All activities concentrated on the shipyard. Now visible maritime crisis - less people, less places to eat something. Very small, one good thing - almost no cars. But also nothing to do.See more..
4.0Shepan Island(6 reviews) - Not much to see Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM Islands
There is not much here to see, but can take some good pics. It kind of reminds me of an abandoned amusement park. There were a lot of school groups on an outing so kids were running all thought the place.See more..
5.0Lovers Isle(5 reviews) - What a treat! Thursday: 12:00 AM - 11:59 PM Islands
We ended up going here by accident seeing as the rest of Zhoushan was over-run by Chinese tourists. Lover's Isle or Valentine's island was the highlight of our trip. There are stunning views of the bay, beautiful paths, scenic views, picnic areas and little surprise romantic locations around every corner. Beware of all the mosquitoes, though. Wear long pants or take repellent with you. The entrance fee for the island is about 50 Yuan but it is worth it. You can make it a fun calm hike with your friends and family or a romantic stroll with your loved-one on the forest path surrounded by angel statues and underneath the intertwining trees. A definite MUST!See more..
