    Shishe is the last village of 3 on the hike along a Yuan Dynasty trade route, called Malin. Of the 3 villages Shishe and Maoping are the most authentic, Luci is commercial. The 15/20 km walk follows the valley and is through a bamboo forest. Stayed in Maoping village but you could base yourself in Tonglu and catch a bus to the area, about 45 minutes. See more..
