Been there first time several years ago. All in all, night market with loads of street food and fake stuff for sale. On the food side, if you want to go on the safe side, try the JIAN BING which is something like a pancake and LIANG Pi, a kinda cold fresh noodle pasta with bean sprouts, coriander, peanuts.
